Its architectural design is reminiscent of old Assamese houses which were in the past, set atop bamboo stilts. This exquisite resort is further enhanced by a beautiful lake which spans an area of almost 20,000 square feet.Main Building:Called the “Long House”, this double-storied building with a two-tiered roof, is the main activities area. It houses a Restaurant, Reception, Spa, Shop, Library, Children’s Activities Room and Internet Cafe. The conference room where evening wildlife film shows are also screened, is also located in this building. Reception: Step right into our high-ceiling, thatched and truly Assamese Building which houses the Reception. Guests can sit in comfort while checking-in and will also be briefed about their individual programs, Do’s and Don’ts of being in a National Park and our Front Office staff and Resort Manager will also some of your queries, before showing you to your rooms. Wild Spa: Where better to have your much deserved beauty treatments than to have them in the midst of thick green jungle foliage? Our Wild Spa features traditional Ayurvedic massages and International beauty treatments. Be sure to book with our Receptionist in advance.Swimming Pool & Deck: Located in front of all guests’ rooms is a swimming pool conveniently located for a spot of exercise and simply to chill-out during the hot summer months. Guests can sun-bathe or simply relax while enjoying a good book, snacks or a thirst-quenching cocktail.

This is a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel and game drives can be easily arranged with access to both central (approx 10mins)and eastern gates (approx 20mins). Meals served are buffet style with dhals, rice, vegetable dishes and non veg option. Rooms all have tea and coffee making facilities and there is room service available. Laundry service is also available at a reasonable price for this type of hotel. The surroundings are good with small wildlife area and a nature walk. Views from the rooms are all geared towards the pool or nature area from the balcony making it a pleasant environment.

I visited Assam in December with my partner to see the one horned rhinos in Kaziranga National Park. On arrival at Infinity resorts it was clear that we had made the right choice of where to stay. We were greeted warmly by the staff and given a refreshing drink whilst our bags were taken to our room.

The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and grounds which includes a small lake and nature trail. The food is an amazing variety of local Assamese dishes, which were all delicious and not too spicy.

The staff are all very friendly and happy to help cater to your needs. On arrival they immediately sorted out a local guide for the safaris (who was also fantastic and very knowledgeable!) Saurabh even lent us his only plug adaptor so we could charge our devices during our stay. I will definitely be back to stay at Infinity Kaziranga and will be staying at other infinity resorts during my travels around India. Thoroughly recommended!

I stayed here right after the restrictions were lifted ack in october.
A very good stay i must say with superb customer service and hospitality.
Food was great, as me being an assamese preferred the masor tenga over anything and they cooked it just the way it should be.
They have made sure they dont accept many guests as there are only 16 cottages and best part is they have a big pond where you can go fishing and also a pure nature walk amist the jungle feeling .
At night you will hear the sound of crickets and mornings are more amazing as the birds chirping and taking your day to a pitch perfect start!
Amazing receiving and Special Kudos to Saurabh Garg who is managing the property. He has been very helpful and made sure everything has been taken care of. Also a special kudos to the house keeping boys ! They were amazing !
Guess what i have plans to revisit the property !
Also i have to admit that they are offering the best price in comparison to the other branded resorts like Borgos , Iora , Mandu, so choose wisely and hit it!

Lovely resort for people who love staying in the middle of nature. The rooms are big wth a high ceiling , and very functional. All amenities one might need is available. The heater ( as it was cold) was godsent . Saurav the GM was super nice and took care of all requests efficiently. We ordered room service both nights and the food was delicious . Simple things done right . Packed breakfast ( as we were on safari) was on time and fresh ( one day we left st 5.30 am 😳)
All in all a very pleasant stay

Part of a chain that has properties at various national parks and wildlife sanctuaries of India, this is a small and compact resort of about eighteen rooms. The rooms, all of them built on stilts, are situated roughly in a ring around a central green area including a swimming pool and bonfire areas (a nice bonfire is lit here on winter evenings; we really welcomed this in January!). From the reception to the rooms, the main path leads past the restaurant (where all our meals were served, as buffet), the games room, the souvenir shop, spa room, and a conference room. From near the restaurant, there’s also a short nature trail of a couple of hundred yards or so, along a water body with a paddle boat. The resort can also arrange jeep safaris, elephant safaris, and trips to nearby places like the Orchid Park. Wi-Fi is available in the guest rooms.

Our room was fairly spacious, even after the extra bed we’d requested had been placed in it. The sloping roof, the ventilators, a little balcony outside and several pieces of furniture made of cane lent it an airy, typically Assamese look. The room had a double bed, desk and several chairs, luggage rack, safe, and mini bar (though the fridge wasn’t working) and tea and coffee fixings. The bathroom was a little shabby (huge stains on the mirror, on the shower curtain, and in the commode). The bathroom had a bucket and mug besides the shower, with a geyser attached in the bathroom. The cleaning seemed a little slipshod: old bindis stuck on the bathroom mirror by previous occupants were still there.

All our buffet meals at the restaurant were primarily Indian, a mix of a somewhat simpler Assamese style and a heavier, richer North Indian-Mughlai style. The buffet was always a restrained one, not too many dishes, and just one soup, one salad, and one dessert besides the main course dishes.

One of the nicest things about Infinity is that even though it’s not as if you’re within Kaziranga, it’s a treat for a nature lover. There are lots of birds around; most of the trees are labelled; and there’s so much greenery, it’s very relaxing.

Stayed for two days, and the cottages were more than we could ask for. Spacious, clean, nice bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the pool. The prices are inclusive of meals and the food was decent. Ask for the fish fry in particular. Normally I would rate this resort a 4 star but I am giving it 5 stars for the following reasons -

1. We could not reach the resort on the initial booking dates as we were stuck in Tawang due to vehicle breakdown. We had booked through Yatra and they were absolutely hopeless, not helpful at all. We contacted the resort directly and they agreed to shift our dates, without any extra charges. Much appreciated!
2. We left behind some stuff in the room and James from the reception took extra pains to wrap and courier it to me. Really helpful.
3. We wanted to try local cuisine so made some demands at the restaurant, expecting to pay for those. To our surprise it was included in our tariff. We also asked for some local berries and one of the restaurant staff got us those from his home.

So, this place is definitely a 5 star! I’ll be staying there again!

Property is good. Mr Palash Bora was very helpful & friendly.
All went well except for a scary incident. They offered a Boat Ride in River Brahmaputra with to & fro, charges Rs 8750/-(Photo attached). When we reached the banks of Brahmaputra we were boarded on a dilapidated boat (photo attached). It had plastic chairs. Boatmen were 2 underage children. Despite our request to them to stop the ride & take us to the bank of Brahmaputra, children didn't stop. When we shouted then their father who was completely drunk boarded the boat. They were determined not to let us go .Ultimately we shouted again,my child got scared & started crying. Few people of their own community gathered on the shore. Finally the drunk boatman relented ,took us to the shore,we heaved a sigh of relief that our life was saved. Photos are being attached for you all to see.
There is also a snapshot of a phone number,in case you want to opt for this "CRUISE"(tongue firmly in cheek).

The place takes you back to an era where u connect with nature and urself... Tastefully done cottages with minimalist and very neutral shades. Food is a delight for the one who wants ghar ka khaana with an Assamese or a continental touch to it. Being the first guest this season I was touched with the heartwarming welcome by Saurabh n his team with a gamosa.
The property was well sanitized right from our cars on enetering to our luggage and the rooms as well.. The covid19 safety measures are adhered to at all times by the staff.. Keeping u relaxed of your safety.
We had a wonderful time.. Thank you Saurabh n Team

Management of the resort are very notorious. They are very soft spoken before booking the resort. After you booked their tone becomes changed.
Here I am telling my story.... I have booked this resort on 7th November, 2020 for 28th & 29th November, 2020 with an advance amount of Rs. 5000.00. Unfortunately on 12th of Nov, one of my family member detected Covid-19 Positive. I immediately inform and request to cancel booking. Manager J K Singh said that no money will be refunded, but the amount will be credited in their account against my name whenever I came there it will be adjusted. I agreed. After few days, we planned again our tour and requested to book on 25th and 26th December, 2020. They told that sorry sir, room rate goes up and you have to Rs. 14000 per night per room. I was booked earlier the same room for Rs. 5500 per night per room with breakfast and dinner included. They tried to black mailing me. I refused to pay more and requested to refund my money. They told that "sorry sir we will refund only 50%". I strongly arguing with them and requested to refund full amount immediately without delay otherwise I go through local civil administration for legal action and also told them that I will bring this matter to media too. After 5/6 minutes manger J K Singh call me back and agreed to refund full amount. Don't know how many tourist were looted by them God knows. I stood strongly against them as I am a local person. So, guys please think twice before booking this resort.

Stayed here in December with a group comprising family and friends. Had selected the place based on online reviews and photos only, bjugt was not disappointed. Nicely spread out resort with lot of open and green spaces, whcih is what we were looking for. The rooms /cottages inspired by tea garden style stilt houses were spacious, tastefully furnished and clean. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful and responsive. Room for imrovement on the food front, but otherwise a satisfactory stay on all counts. Special mention here for James, who helped with the reservation process and other on spot requests from our group.
