The suits are really nice with all luxurious facilities. Location is good. The garden and pool is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and humble. House keeping department is very efficient. Overall a nice weekend spent with friends and family.

Stayed for 3N/4D, during my Kaziranaga trip. A very beautiful setup, nice food and good generator backup to cover for the off/on power outages. The best part of stay is the front desk Manager Mr Pramod who will ensure personal attention to all your needs.. very friendly .(.its these type of people that ensure repeat visits to Resorts). Only lacking piece was the mobile signals inside the rooms.. but i didn't miss it a bit.. its something that you need to be away from when on a personal vaccation

This is a beautiful Resort close to West Range of the Park, about 15 Kms from Central Range in Kohora. The property is well maintained and peaceful. The food is good considering the remote location. The Manager Mr. Karmakar is very helpful and would try everything to make you stay memorable. They also arrange the Safari and excursions to the park.

Stayed here for two nights. No towels in the room, had to wait for sometime till the rooms were ready. You ll find spiders and snails in bathroom :). Despite of booking details in hand for two adults and one kid, I was given two beds which were joined to make double bed :). Food is below average, limited options and menu availability depends on number of guests. Buffet breakfast had only one item i.e. boiled egg for non vegetarians, there was poori bhaji for vegetarians along with corn flakes and juice. After having poori bhaaji I had troubled stomach for whole day and it settled only after taking medicine, may be because I am more sensitive towards kind of oil used for cooking. Safari will be arranged by hotel staff, if you arrange by yourself by going to the range, you will save 400-500 Rs per jeep. Overall I would suggest for other options at similar price, keep this as fallback and don't expect much on food.

Our apology for delay in replacing towel for a day since it was continuously raining for few days. Please be assured that in terms of quality of food ingredients we use only branded products. Most of the popular dishes are mentioned in the menu card, however we will still check the possibility of increasing the variety. We regularly do a quality check & we have not found any spiders/snails in bathroom but we have taken a note to improve the quality of room presentation. Safari booking from the range would cost slightly less, as the range staff does not provide pick up and drop service up to the resort. We regret the inconvenience you have experienced. Delightful place. We were impressed right from the start. Just off the national highway the entrance opens out into a well maintained apron where you alight from the car. Walk into a large reception lounge with the reception at one end. The manager received us with a wide welcoming smile and completed the formalities in a jiffy. Then he assured us that he would take care of the elephant and jeep safaris next day. We were led to our rooms which were around a garden secluded behind the main building, by an electric cart which unloaded us in front of the room door. Here was our first surprise - the rooms had names instead of numbers-our room was Nassella. The room was like a studio apartment with a large bed, sitting arrangement, table with electric kettle, tea/coffee/sugar etc, glasses. The bathroom was a large one with an attatched dresser. The toilet goods were of good quality. The room had an air conditioner (although of no use to us as it was the end of Jan and very cold. The rooms and cottages were distributed around a large garden with a lawn in the middle.There was a screen set up at one side with chairs arranged in front. The first evening the resort lit a bonfire in the lawn. This was indeed a cozy arrangement with a roaring fire in the cold. The dining room, a large specious one was in the main building. It serves hot meals and a sumptuous breakfast. There is also a bar to cheer you up. The lounge is styled after the bungalow pattern houses of the tea gardens. It is a very spacious resort with a large compound which is very well maintained. There is a swimming pool looking very inviting except for the fact that the temp. was around 14Deg C. Other games facilities like table tennis and badminton also exist. The resort made very good arrangements for our jungle safaris which after all is the main attraction at Kaziranga -one just cannot come back without having made at least a passing acquaintance with the wild life namely the rhino, the deer, wild buffaloes, wild boars, elephants, the various birds, turtles and if one is lucky then the crocodiles and the tiger. As for service the staff are quite polite and willing to please. The Grassland is indeed worth every paise you spend and more.

said with family for one night. It is located on the main road and very near to Bagori gate entry for the Kaziranga national park. The cottages are beautiful and spacious with lot of greenery. has swimming pool and there was bonfire also in the night.

went to kaziranga with three friends of mine... couldnt find booking in Iora , hence tried this .. turned out to be a wonderful experience.. the open space here is much more than Iora resort.. the service here is professional , yet homely..as in when we asked for arrangement of bonfire, they did so without any hesitation.. accordingly arrangement for outdoor dinner was made ... hotel arranges elephant safaria nd jeep safari on payment.. however i would advise them to pick up hotel inmates to the given point via some cab to the elephant safari point.. we had our own vehicle, so it was not an issue.. all facilities were well maintained.. as in sports.. cricket and volleyball was not available though mentioned in the list of entertainment.. hiowever, doesnt matter, ryt? swimming pool upto mark. food - both indian and continental items are good. one or two dishes were too spicy or not as per their description on menu..but again thats personal choice.. overall if you coming with family, and can afford 4k per night, this would be the ultimate stop for u.

It is indeed a pleasant stay in this resort. It is well located and well decorated. I have been there with my family in last December, 2011. The staff are very courteous especially Mr.Sandip chowdhury. The food and ambience are marvelleous.

we were on a holiday in assam and we decided to see the single horn rhino. so i made the reservations from our hotel in guwahati. at first the name didnt strike me much but as soon as we reached there, i was surprised. its was a fabulous experience. i ahd booked a presidental suite, which had a lot of space for a family. the suites were like independent single storey villas which added an extra mile in the luxury. even the normal rooms had a lot of space and there grassland suite was way too spacious and luxurios with a jacuzzi fitted in the bathroom. the staff was very friendly and at night they even arranged a bonfire for us. that experience was terrific. sitting under the star, besides the fire and our food was served there. the food was excellent. there resturant Tumeric served all the meals and every meal was delightful and had ample portions of dishes to fill you up. they had a golf cart which they used as a shuttle from the residential area to the resturant. they had boating, fishing and a gym for us to use. in short the stay was awsome.
