The rooms in the new block are fairly good, but, the ventilation is lacking. Likewise the exhaust from the washroom is not proper. These aspects should be improved upon. Amenities could be must better for the tariff charged.

The rooms are clean & spacious. The staff are cordial. I had the ground view from my window where one could see club cricket live. Breakfast was nice. Though Lunch/dinner menu is limited. Good location.

I spend at least 4-5 days in a month here. Very neat and comfortable rooms. Better food than any other hotels at silchar. Good staffs. Very good place for families and business stays. There is no other best hotels in silchar than this

Considering Silchar hotels, I was pleasantly surprised. Its good to at least have a reasonably decent place. The room (in the newly opened floors) was good, food quality was always decent. However, some more toiletries (other than a single soap) needs to be provided in the room.

Overall it was a good experience. I would rate it as 3.5/5. Though the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous, still room service and fooding departments needs further attention. Rooms are tidy & spacious with clean and comfortable beds, but the bathrooms are congested.
