Room was tiny. Bathroom a bit dated and small tv. Not much around the area. Cant expect much more for a budget hotel though. It was pretty noisy. We could hear noises from the rooms next to us as well as from above.

Good location, great rates, good facilities and pleasant staff. The location of this facility was great for our purpose as it was close to where we needed to go. Only drama was A/C locked on temp and cooling so not able to adjust due to no staff available to alter.

Would never recommend. The room we stayed in was dirty, obviously house keeping are too lazy to check under the bed, we found beer cans and other rubbish under our bed. We were told we had free transfers to the airport only to find out that was only at 10 o'clock at night. Never staying again.

The service I received at reception and the buffet breakfast was excellent and the breakfast good value for money. The room was small but suited my needs adequately but I understand that this opinion may not be shared by many. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will continue to do so. Sleep quality was...

Quite cheap at $80+ per night. 24-hour reception with helpful staff. Rooms are reasonably clean. Working hot water and heater. Close to High St which has good food. Fairly short drives to the airport and CBD. Saw a couple of dodgy characters since it has long-term stay for backpackers and students, but they don't bother us. Will stay again.

The old Heidelberg hospital recycled now part of Mantra Hotel complex. Recommended to us due to convenient location to the Austin Hospital . Pleasant and welcoming reception area. Perfect for short stay. Great value for money. All necessities are provided albeit need to pay small extra fee for parking and there is a surcharge on cards. Different room types available...

Understand its on the grounds of an old hospital its a bit of a rabbit warren. Break free is on the same grounds as the mantra and when you first arrive it can seem confusing where you are actually meant to go. Beware the single room option as my work colleagues found out; the beds are not long enough if...

The photos of the rooms are not accurate. The rates are reasonable and include breakfast at a lovely restaurant next to the hotel. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a reasonable rate with friendly service, then Bell City may be suitable. They are located in...
