My stay at Ninetysixeast on the beautiful Cocos (Keeling) Islands was perfect. Colins is friendly and helpful. He ensured that I had a truly enriching experience on the island. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone seeking a tranquil and unforgettable place. Thank you Guillaume

Our stay at ninetysixeast was great. The accommodation was perfect for us and the view to wake up to was unbeatable. We especially loved that we could hear the ocean from our bed. Thankyou to Colin & Christine for their hospitality, they were amazing hosts and made our stay that little bit more extra special. We loved our morning breakfast on the balcony and it was awesome how much information and recommendations they gave us as it was our first time on the island. The room was cleaned daily and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back. Thanks again guys.

There are a lot of questions to be asked when planning a trip to CKI, but if you’re looking to simplify and optimize your holiday we highly recommend a stay with Colin & Christine at their excellent B&B. They will take care of you with complete detail and answer ALL your questions. We decided to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary on CKI, and it was incredible. There was a lot to discover and experience, and all of it can be distilled through the local experience of Colin & Christine whose insight, patience and consideration were greatly appreciated. The B&B itself is beautifully designed with well thought out attention to detail, and has a relaxing view straight across the ocean, and is a couple of minutes walk to the shop/pub/restaurant. The generous use and access to the buggy’s was absolutely fantastic and provided freedom to explore the length of West Island at leisure. Colin & Christine are lovely hosts and provide you with all the privacy, and the company, you require. Breakfast was beautifully laid out each morning, and complete with any information and direction to help get you through the day. It was immediately clear that they have put a lot of thought into how to run the B&B and how best to present and operate this boutique business. We truly believe our stay on CKI was enhanced by our base at NinetySixEast and would highly recommend it for those considering it. Don’t miss your chance by thinking about it, book quickly, and look forward to what is surely considered the best B&B on the CKI.

We had an amazing week in Cocos, and ninetysixeast was the perfect base. The room was comfortable and clean and has a great view over the ocean from its private balcony. Colin and Christine were great hosts and served a good continental breakfast each morning. Having the use of a buggy to explore the island was really great. Colin has a great knowledge of the islands and updated us with lots of useful information each day. We would definitely recommend staying ninetysixeast.

We could not recommend staying at Ninetysixeast bed and breakfast more! Colin and Christine and 5 star hosts who will do absolutely anything to make your stay more comfortable and memorable. Spotless room overlooking the ocean, child friendly, perfect location and by far one of the best holidays we have had. We are already missing the afternoon drinks on the deck watching the sun disappear.

I stayed at this B&B in early September, was holidaying solo. I really enjoyed my stay there - the place is very neat and tidy and very well looked after by the owners Colin and Christine. I enjoyed their company, they were very helpful. My opinion - it's the best accommodation on West Island from what I seen and it is very close to the shops and restaurants.

An untouched paradise - a must do holiday. Be sure to stay at 96 east - everything you need us there. Neat and tidy and serviced daily, all the little extras you need - Wifi , beautiful breakfast and a hop skip and jump from everything. Colin is available with lots of handy local information and the buggy is a bonus for island discovery !

I booked six months in advance , albeit had to change the dates. Colin confirmed with me that I was booked on the dates I specified via email. I arrived to be put in the spare bedroom with 2 single beds as it was double booked. We attempted to get alternate accommodation , however had no choice. The visitor centre mentioned this was not the first time this had happened. As the week wore on and speaking to others, I began to believe this was done on purpose to gain double payment. I negotiated the price down to 300 a night which was outrageous considering the cirmcustances and that I would pay when arriving back in Perth. I had a phone call with a threatening message at 3pm after arriving at 1am that morning that I had 'better pay'. Very unhappy with the way I've been treated and Colin should have a think about his booking habits and how he speaks to people which has resulted in this review. Chris

We had such a relaxing stay here. The accommodation is without doubt the best on the island and the only place that offers bed and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble they give you not only an island tour but also complimentary use of their buggy which means you don't have to hire a car. A lovely big verandah right on the beach with a million dollar view. What more could you ask for?

NinetySixEast is the BEST accomodation on the island. It’s location is perfect, directly in front of the beach & close to the centre. Mr Colin & Christine are wonderful hosts. Very informative & serve a great breakfast with the spectacular ocean view & daily weather report. The buggy is so fun & you will be the envy of every tourist on the island. Thank you for looking after me & allowing me to stay. I had a wonderful time & my trip to Cocos wouldn’t have been possible without your wonderful service.
