Family trip last summer. Great escape to the jungle. Food was a bit predictable but good quality. Stayed for a week but that may have been a bit long. It is a beautiful resort and amazing beach to explore.

We went in January because of the mild weather and no crowds! Sunny and not too hot. I don't know the answer to your question but you might want to google it. That's what we did. Have fun!
