I wanted to spend 11 days on this island, after the first day I was sure to shorten up this vacation. In the end I staid 5 nights in "Sol Caribe Campo" and one night in "Cocoplum". Sol Caribe Campo is an All inklusive Hotel and reminded me to former days before the year 2000 where I did some All...

Generally I am usually optimistic when reviewing hotels but this time no. I would NOT RECOMMEND this "hotel". It was was dirty, neglected and understaffed. Indeed, some of the staff had no manners and spoke in a disrespectful way. The rooms on closer inspection were dirty and smelly and our toilet constantly blocked. Don´t bother phoning ahead to make a...

The WORST. Beware of this place. NOT RECOMMENDED. We stayed at this place for a week. Everything was bad from the beginning. This hotel is understaffed and the people are very rude. Th check-in we had to wait for 4 hours (several families had to wait as well because their rooms were not ready until past 7pm). While waiting the...

I'm a gringo who has spent a lot of time in Colombia the past 8 years. I stayed here with my girlfriend, her daughter and friend for 4 nights on a package tour arranged from an agent for the hotel in Medellin. I was leary because not many positive reviews but my girlfriend insisted because some of her neighbors had...

It is a normal hotel, without something special. When wie arrived, we had to wait one and half for our room. This room had the air-conditioned broken, at 7:30 pm they finally given us a new room. The food sometimes is no the best. The panoramic is excellent and the beach club is nice.

We had a relaxing, laid back stay at the Sol Caribe Campo. The beach club (accessed via short mini bus ride) is a gem---soft sand, coconut trees, warm, gentle waves and as an added attraction, free range chickens strolling about. There are plently of chairs and sun shades for everyone. The food is clasic Colombian. If you want to feel...

Bad service, dirty pools and rooms. People are allowed to drink alcohol inside pools. Definitely not for families! Towels were not changed daily. TV not working. You could hear everything (!) from neighbour rooms.

My family just returned from this "motel"......because it should never be referred to as a resort. If you are use to 4 and 5 star resorts then you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED.....My wife is from Bogota and we spent the bulk of our trip there but last minute we thought it would be fun to travel to San Andres so...

I arrived at the hotel looking forward to my family vacation in San Andres. When I first arrived at the airport, they told us that there are no rooms available until 3pm. We waited until 4pm to get our keys to the room. The room is pretty small for 3 people, and the bathroom had a horrible smell. Moreover, the...
