The best part of our stay was the location. The hotel has cottage style rooms.
The room was cosy.
The service is great with Carol, Sailesh, Pratik & Ratnakar taking good care of your needs. The bar is well stocked & there is ample stuff on the food menu.
For the room, we took the elevated balcony room which had a beautiful view of the beach from the deck. The bathroom was below average with a lingering smell.
Also, the room shook up whenever someone walked on the balcony.
But the beach was a few steps away which made up for it!
The restaurant needs a few improvements, most importantly fans, as it can get really hot during the day.
The entire Agonda beachfront faces plenty of powercuts and so there’s a lot of power fluctuation.
But all in all, it is a good place to stay & can become a great one, with just a few improvements.

Hello!
I'd like to totally recommend Sea Star Resort as a perfect place to stay with your family in India 🇮🇳 we fall in love with this place, very tasty and fresh food, friendly staff always being ready to help. We had a very comfortable bungalow with my sister, just few steps form the beach! Quiet area allowed us to rest and charge our batteries for upcoming hard year. We'd love to come back there again 😍

The location was perfect right on the beach and the property is really lush and pretty. Upon entering our room though we were disappointed because it was not what was shown in the pictures. We had the deluxe room balcony ocean view. The bathroom shower was dirty, dingy, and full of sand. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything in the room next door. There were even parts of the wall that light was coming in through. Our front door did not lock or close and we had to put something in front of it to stay closed. The bathroom floor was full of ants. The restaurant menu was great and food was good but everytime we ordered, something was not on the menu. The food came out very slow and usually just one item at a time. The tablecloths were filthy, food stains at our table from the beginning of our stay were still there 9 days later, it was really gross. The staff was really nice though. The airconditioner in the room often did not work because of power issues, and had to let the staff know to turn on the generator.

Booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights.
Bad points first
I booking it with complementary breakfast for that it self I paid 480rs per person/ day. And after reaching there realised it was biggest mistake I made. The food here was pathetic.
Second thing . waiter used to come for breakfast order and we used to start with coffee or tea. As to Chef/waiter was very slowly so we used to order multiple things at one go out of which except coffee everything was tasteless. Cut to The day when we checked out of the hotel while bill settlement we were shocked to see that even breakfast item which we had been billed to us to.On asking we were told that only one item was part of our deal even if we take 2 coffees that 2 we were charged.
Ok things
The room was okay there was AC and 2 beds available. There were no toiletries available to ask for them even know water bottles, no fridge. WiFi was damn slow most of the time we used to get around one Mbps speed. Receptionist and cleaning was lady were very polite And willing to help.
Now the best part
The beach was the best part out of this entire trip.it was not that crowded. Water was clean really enjoyed the beach.

Comfortable stay, right on the beach and chilled out people. Special shoutout to Ratnagar, Carol and Shailesh for making the stay comfy. Highly recommended place. Rum soaked pinapple with vanilla icecream was lit.

Perfect Stay❣️ We had a great stay at seastar agonda resort. The cottages are very beautiful and easy accessible to beach, well maintained and comfortable too! Restaurant has limited menu but worth the taste. The staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. Everyone is very polite. Special Thanks to Ms. Janice, Mr. Abhishek from reception and Mr. Sanju from restaurant who served us with a smiling face and welcoming gesture. Felt Home away home. All the best.. Keep it up❣️

Calm and relaxed beach resort . Stayed for 3 nights with family. Enjoyed the stay with good food and well behaved staff. Pavan was excellent. We stayed in qudrapule Hut which was spacious and clean. Would recommend to plan a stay here. Beach is just 10 steps away . Kids had a gala time . Resort is towards end of Agonda beach with private parking.
The coffee was the best for me.

My children decided to celebrate my 60th birthday away from the madness and pollution of the Delhi. The place they chose was Sea Star Resort. What a brilliant find! The bed sheets are clean, the staff very helpful (they leave the bar open for you in case you get late binging!!), the food? You decide what you want and they serve it! My wife prefer's Jain meals (no onion/ garlic/only veg) and she got it. The beach is a post card come real. Clean, no crowd and you step out of your shack onto the beach with a lovely view of the ocean (the beach is about 5km long). We had a very relaxed four nights. Thank you Sea Star!! Stay this way and don't grow into a modern shack.

Room Tip: The sea facing has beautiful views but gets super hot during the day, so it is avoidable.

Hello Satara,
I don't know if they serve Dal Khichadi, but the restaurant is quite good. The Place is safe,we were there as a coupple and out of season, but it was very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant is on the first Floor and the stars aren't really easy climbing, maybe not the best thing for a Child. For us having breakfast on an upper terrace was the top!wifi is free and available. As we were there in october we did not experienced a high season program, we just wanted to be alone and relax,so I can't reccommend you any sports activity, anyway just ask the reception when you are there, they will help you!
