Serving warm beers and than have the nerve to charge 100 for a small kingfisher, how hard is it to take the effort to cool your beer before you sell it! If you can’t even do that I don’t want to know how bad you mess up the rest
We had visited Fusion briefly in February 2019 at the end of our India travels and it left such an impression on us that we decided to return for a longer stay. That a place can draw you back when there is so much of the world to see is, for us, testament enough. Fusion is a wonderful place with a traditional Indian village feel and is only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful and quiet Agonda Beach. Agonda village is only a short walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants. The chilled relaxing vibe of Fusion is pervasive and it is a wonderful place to purely unwind and escape. We love the basic feel of the huts, the open air bathrooms, that rustic feel that adds so much to the overall ambience. The food is very good, as are the themed evenings. In particular the open mic and jam nights with local musicians performing a mix (fusion) of traditional and western music. A very special thank you to Eddy and Jay for their great hospitality and also, of course, Sylvia and Sameer for theirs and for creating such a great and beautiful place. We didn't want to leave! …
Pictures really don't do this beautiful, serene accommodation justice - we stepped out of our taxi into a total paradise which really felt like home for the five nights we stayed. The hut on stilts has a cracking view out to sea which is less than a two minute walk away. The beautiful decor made the hut feel truly unique and the outside bathroom was fantastic. Sylvia is a lovely host and really made us feel welcome during our stay. Her chilled out personality is infectious and the same is to be said about the guy who worked being the bar during our stay. Their recommendations were really appreciated - particularly the boat trip out to Butterfly Beach which also involved some dolphin and monkey watching. We visited many beaches during our time in Goa and Agonda was by far the best. The ban on beach selling and absence of sun beds makes Agonda incredibly chilled out. The crescent-shaped sand is surrounded by beautiful hills and the sea is relatively calm and very clean. Cows free roam the beach which is lined by lovely restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying at Fusion!…
I spent two weeks at Fusion during the Christams holidays. Sylvia and all the staff are super-nice, caring and always ready to accomodate any request. The huts are simple, cosy and there is space among them (in most of the other places huts are packed one next to each other with no privacy at all). Overall good quality for the price. Fusion is very close to the beach, very quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed falling asleep hearing the waves in the distance and waking up in the morning with the sound of the birds. They serve good quality food and organize evenings with good live music. India with an European touch. I definitely reccomend it!
A lovely restaurant we found the staff excellent and the food outstanding a fabulous find we would highly recommend this restaurant the atmosphere was just perfect for our family meal out and we will certainly be revisiting
I visited Fusion in Nov 2019 and went to their ‘open mic’ night. I was not disappointed as I was treated to a great performance for two local musicians fusing traditional Indian music with more Western influences. Great evening.
We stayed in Fusion for 3 nights at the end of the season. Despite being some of the last guests, we were well looked after. Great food everyday, nothing was too much trouble. Sylvia suggested we have some goan fish curry for lunch. It was served with delicious shark and cabbage and was to a very high standard. The beach facing hut was perfect. A lovely balcony for evening beers with a sunset view. The bed was really comfy too. All staff were friendly and attentive. We would recommend fusion, it has a much more relaxed feel than many of the other beach hut resorts in Agonda. If you want more activities you need to come before April but we had to come in school. Holidays. Thanks for everything, we loved staying at Fusion!
I visited fusion based on my friends suggestion .well I was not disappointed , they serve delicious pizza and it was crisp thin crust with mozzarella cheese with fresh toppings and the service was excellent
I have enjoyed greatly my stay at Fusion Agonda Beach! Though I never before stayed in a bamboo hut (which of course is basic) with open air bathroom, (which is a lovely garden), but I got used to it soon and loved it! Fusion is a lively but really relaxing place. The owners Sylvia and Sameer and the whole staff are helpful and lovely people. Food is healty, fresh and just delicious (Thank you Sameer and the kitchen staff!!) I hope to come again!
I stayed at Fusion in March 2019 for my 40th and had the most wonderful trip. The resort is a 1-2 minute walk from the beach front and 3-4 min walk to all the lovely shops and restaurants. The staff at fusion made my trip. Sylvia & Samir run the resort and did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. A special thanks to Sagar for all the taxi trips and to Harry, Rishi & Bishal for the wonderful cocktails, and all the jokes and fun! My garden hut was decorated beautifully with plenty of room and a gorgeous outside balcony for reading and relaxing. Each hut has a private bathroom with an semi outdoor feel. The food was plentiful and delicious. I had breakfast and dinner there on a number of occasions- highly recommended. I am already planning my return to Fusion this year! Thanks for a wonderful break guys.…
