too many restrictions.

this place only for couples , dont go with group . Location was good but food quality was worst .. owner was too rude . this place is not an option for an enjoyment there are too many restrictions ... they are showing shacks in pics but there are no kind of things like this .

You are group of 10 people came to our property. we allowed you early check in. That time owner & staff is good. You stayed & enjoyed also but latenight you are disturbing others so neighbouring restaurent staff also give bad words to you. You eat everyday in our restaurent & you are saying to staff also that sideby restaurent not good. During check out time you are giving fake reasons inorder to deduct the amount when we refuse to do so that time you are asking for full refund of your reservation amount. Just because you are 10 people group you should not misbehave with hotel management. You stayed & took all our services then how can you ask for refund. Inorder to take revenge you are one by one publishing bad reviews on google. Now on tripadvisor. Just because you have right to put review, you should not publish fake things. We are welcoming couples as well as group. We have beach accomodation. Restaurent is after the cottages. Recent pics you need to check on site. Every year renovation occurs so some changes are there.

Decent beach hut which was clean and had good a/c but only stayed here due to a lack of options available over New Year’s Eve. Super super expensive for what you get, I’d expect at least free water provided daily and perhaps breakfast included for the price we paid for 5 nights. Upon arrival I was concerned that the hut didn’t have a mosquito net so I asked for one and was told they could put one up for us the next day, which I was fine with however it never happened. Considering it states one is provided and has various photos of them on booking.com this was misleading. Staff were friendly but could be much more pro-active and attentive to try to justify the price. The place is a little bland and boring which could be so much more if managed in the right hands, there’s a large empty grassy space by the huts which would be perfect for something like hammocks/bean bags/book shelves to create a chill out type area to just bring abit of life to the place. By no means the worst but far from the best.…

Thanks for giving your time to put review about our property. About mosquito net, most of the customers are telling to remove the mosquito net as in that cottages mosquitoes are not coming. May be mosquito net removed by previous customer. So that means our photos are not improper. So you want total cheaper price which is not possible for us. Reasonable price we have given you. You booked for 3 nights and you stayed for 5 nights. 2 night we give you discounted price. After that you want to extend for 4 nights in low price which we refused. If you have better option and our place is boring then you would not stayed for 5 nights and willing to extend for 4 nights. Fact is you like the place and but you want to stay in too less price. Our cottages are luxury cottages that is the reason we can't sell it in low price.

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The room is very clean, we have a sea view first floor hut which is just lovely. The staff are very friendly and will go out their way to accommodate your needs. Shital has been wonderful with communication and helping with our stay & transport, we couldn’t of asked for more. Definitely recommended and would stay again if back at Agonda beach!

Nightmare

The hotel is not anything to do with the photo's of it. Most of it is gone,no office not restaurant etc etc. Room we booked wasn't available and so put us next to the ocean in a super cyclone and room flooded, whole building was moving, water from ocean up and around our unit. Terrified and had to vacate in morning when safe. We should have received entire down payment back but actually was charged for the nightmare night. Contacted owner via booking.com and he was rude and made us wait for remainder of refund (still payed for the night) for two months. Said I was rude so made me wait! Don't stay here, you will be sadly disappointed and ripped off.

We have given you upgraded room. That is higher in price which is full sea view cottage. That cottages are totally facing to the sea. So cyclone is not created by us. That is natural calamities. Due to wind cottages are little moving and water came up. So it is not affected any of my customer or cottages. After 2 days everything settled and my customer stayed at our propery. Instead of that you simply blaming us for cyclone that is the reason I told you that I will inform booking.com about the situations but you have not given any reply. That is the reason I kept your refund pending for few days afterward I refund your amount. Still you had not satisfied. Your wife is saying our rooms are in good condition then your house. Suddenly you changed in one night. Just because you have right to put review dont put false thing inorder to trouble others.

No paradise at all

Half completed construction site. Don't go by the pictures. Old deceptive photos. Uninhabitable surroundings with workers all around. Naked wires building material strewn around. No facilities. No reception or a restaurant. Despite all of

Thanks for giving your time to put review about our property. Our rooms are ready and customers also staying there, backside little work is incomplete that means that is not construction site. Our customer knows that october is our starting so everywhere work is going on and this year unexpected heavy rainfall in october. I think you come first time at beach area. Our business is seasonal so we need to assemble the cottages after rainy season. Your rooms are ready but you told me you will spoil our reputation. That all you have done because we refused to fulfill your wish. By taking advantage of our work you want stay at our property in 50% amount which is totally unacceptable. Dont make misuse of your right to put review.

Good location but property needs lot of refurbishments

I will give 5 stars for the excellent location and sea view.However when you are charged 5k per night and not even get soap strip and single complimentary water bottle it really shows unprofessional approach.This property needs a serious maintenance. Upper floor rooms are simply hanging on the metal frame and gets swinging when you walk in the room.Quite dangerous. Bathroom is not clean and is a house of BIG Cockroaches. I had to kill 2 in a day. Overall average experience.

Great stay

I took ground floor sea cottage with full sea view, they have first floor cottage too, with separate stairs with sea view. Inside cottages does not have sea view but it is worth paying for. Love the ambience of the place. It was clean, well maintained and air-conditioned,which worked perfectly. The main door opens right into beach, white curtains and sheets, clean bathrooms, there is no tv, no mirror in the bedroom and cottages are placed close to each other which creates little distress if your neighbours are noisy for your luck. Otherwise its just a pure drop of paradise. Should experience a stay here at least once. Food was okay,staffs were amazing, friendly, welcoming. They are there to help you with everything and anything. Thanks guys. Loved it.

An unforgettable stay!

First of all wow!We stayed in the first floor sea view Cottages and the view from the room is mesmerizing. Food is also great there. Last but not the least meet "KARTIK, THE HEART OF AGONDA PARADISE".

Wonderful place

Cozy Brand new huts sitting on the beach of Agonda. Very friendly and welcoming staff and owner and the food served in their restaurant it’s very tasty. Great place to relax. Enjoyed every minute there. And the WiFi works very well. Feel free to walk in and see by yourself.

Great value with brilliant staff

Best huts we stayed at in Goa and also the cheapest! All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us especially Karthik who went above and beyond. Food was nice and reasonably priced. Rooms were all very clean and comfortable. If any could be improved is moving the bar and restaurant area to the front by the sea. Also the bathroom window is just wooden slats with no mesh so you do get the odd visitor.
