I'd never been before though my sister raved about the place. I loved the decor and the ambience of the dining room - some cocktails would have been great but not essential. The menu is classical and not over complicated - I found it hard to choose. In the end I plumped for the warm smoked salmon tart. This was...

Thank you very much for your kind review. Our chef said that the egg would of set had your tart been any warmer, but we understand your issue with this. We hope to see you again soon. Kind Regards Briardene Hotel Management

I was there this week travelling solo for a family funeral. As a female on my own the staff made me feel welcome and extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean and neat it did the job. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was superb ! I would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel/ B& B. From the outside, hotel looked a bit grim to be honest, but on entering, looked very clean, modern & tastefully decorated. Staff were very accommodating The bedroom was decorated to a high standard, however anyone with disabilities would find the staircases somewhat difficult. Going back to our room , it came with an ensuite...

Opted for family room. STRUGGLED to many flights of stairs to mention into a tiny room. Even front of house team said it was awful. Thought I had left glasses in room on departure considered leaving them due to the trauma of going back to the room. Thank god only one night. Breakfast was good, NO INTERNET IN BEDROOM.

A spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely bar and restaurant, although we didn't eat there it looked lovely and inviting. It was ideally situated a short walk from the sea front and plenty of shops. We visited the weather spoons which was a short distance away too.

Nice little hotel, very friendly staff. Has a nice little outdoor area to sit and have a drink. Parking on site. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is something else! Possibly the best breakfast I have ever had. Would definitely return if in the area.

Stayed here for one night at the weekend. The hotel is well located and has parking outside. Checked in OK and room on second floor (note, no lift for those who might need one). Room was good, modern and obviously recently renovated. But en suite had a distinct 'drains' smell to it which even the air freshener which was provided...

We first stayed at the Briardene over 30 years ago and when we decided on an overnight stay in Cleveleys were amazed and delighted to find it was still there. Big changes in those years but all for the best. However, the staff were as friendly as ever and the room was lovely. All in all an excellent stay and...
