Reading the previous reviews I think this hotel has gone downhill. Arrived to find the spa and swimming pools were closed. Being on a cycle tour and the weather was very wet the hotel did not let us store our bikes safely inside and we had to keep them out in the rain. The hotel hasn’t got their lighting right, it’s too dark and not inviting in the foyer and the bedrooms do not have a relaxing ambiance. Room smelt pretty bad when we got in and worked out it was the drains in the bathroom. It was really unpleasant and smelled of sewage. I also heard throughout the night people flushing their toilets and shutting their doors so walls are not very well insulated. Staff were okay and helpful though Breakfast was okay but very basic. Dinner at the adjacent Istanbul restaurant was okay but rather pricey. …
We came to the hotel spa today to enjoy the pool, spa and massage as we do every summer with friends and family. Today we arrived and the pool water was green, even a frog was swimming around. We were hungry but where was no food to order so we desided to have some Nice massage, but that was not possible cause nobody worked today? And at last, the Spa did NOT work 😡 We had to pay 5060 dinars for 5 persons and we had a Coke esch and a bottle of water. Will NEVER come there again!
The rooms and bathroom have a good size, they have been clean. The air conditioning is blowing too hard, you can not really change the power of it. The wellness facility is great, pretty new, but attention, price is not included, they charge extra 20 eur/person. The breakfast is okay, nothing special.
Excellent hotel, perfect service, friendly staff, especially the reception. The hotel has an entrance directly off the highway from Belgrade to Nis. I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families.
Reception and building and rooms are very nice! But all the little extras such as breakfast and their advertised spa are extra charge. Hotel staff ok, restaurant for breakfast on which you have to walk 100meters away from the hotel, bring jackets. And didn't had coffee on the small breakfast! 20minutes wait and nothing, the guy just was giving priority to Turkish people. Seriously pity that a quite big place such as Aleksinak does not have any other accommodation spot
“Hotel Bosphorus” is situated close to Aleksinac in approximately 30 km. from Nish and 40 km. from Krusevac. The hotel is a new, modern structure that offers to the guests very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with all conveniences for a pleasant tourist sojourn. All the rooms are good furnished and have enough wide bathrooms as well balcony. The hotel has a spacious dinning-room for breakfast. Near to the hotel are situated the Restaurant “Ella” and the Restaurant “Istanbul”. First one is very good for formal dinners, public and private occasions but the second one offer very tasteful cuisine with rich choice of Serbian and Turkish dishes. Besides aforesaid the hotel offer very roomy and secure parking in front of main building. The hotel is very good starting point for one-day excursions to Manasija monastery, Ravanica monastery, Saint Roman monastery or to all landmarks in the neighbourhoods of Nish or Krusevac.…
Everything was perfect, from the moment they welcome you till the moment you leave. The hotel is brand new with a high quality of service, perfect rooms for a very fair price. I recommend it to all people passing by its neighborhood.
There are not many good hotels along the route Belgrade - Nis. However Hotel Bosphorus is an exception . A friendly staff , nice spacious room and good hygiene . The hotel is fairly new and extensions to shops and wellness is in preparation. The only minus was the visit that we had for dinner at a roadside restaurant called Istanbul , which belonged to the same owner , while there was no restaurant facility in the hotel yet. The menu there was rather limited.
