I booked a delux room so it was large with a lovely balcony with stunning views. The décor of the room and bathroom were dated but everything else was great. There was a useful kitchennett for kids. Food at the hotel was very good (dinner and breakfast) with lovely views. Again the room was dated but it is consistent with... More

Stayed here for a week while hiking in the valley. Beautiful location in small quiet hamlet but with good local bus services. My room was big with a balcony (albeit above the area were the staff smoked) - the cleaning of the room was of an OK standard. The staff were good, a couple really exceptional - the receptionist on... More

This is our third stay. This is a typical Tyrolean hotel with flowered covered balconies. There is the main hotel and an adjacent guest house offering all the hotel facilities. The hotel has a lift , a good sized swimming pool , a steam room and sauna with very quiet relaxation areas and fine towels. Towelling gowns are available also.The... More

We were staying from January 14th until January 21st, 2016 and simply had a great time. The staff was friendly and obliging. The weather was great and we enjoyed cross-country skiing very much. We stayed in a spacious room with a terrific view towards Gaistal valley which was absolutely amazing! We will definitely come here again and can only recommend... More

I had a comfortable double room for single occupancy in the adjacent guest house. It was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent as was the service. I loved the peaceful location. The sauna & pool look good, though I found the pool a bit chilly. There is a regular bus service to vary start places for walks. Somewhere I'd... More

We stayed four nights in the Guest House. The crew is very friendly, the food is great (switching between buffet or four meal dinner with options). The rooms in the Guest House are a little old, but very clean and the beds are good. You have the option of choosing between several types of pillows in the reception. Internet is... More

Spent a week here on a half - board basis. The hotel is in a small hamlet of Kirchplatzl about 5 miles from the small town of Seefeld where the railway may be found. There are good bus services from the hotel which connect to all the places you might want to start your walks, and there are some walks... More

This is our second visit here, hotel is in a lovely spot and close to all the walking trails, this year the hotel was very busy due to a large number of police staying, the G7 security meeting was being held nearby and security was very tight. We didn't get the room type we had booked and had to wait... More

This is a great hotel. Location, rooms, spa and restaurant - all are very good indeed. We have been there twice in the last six months - once for walking and recently for cross-country skiing. The staff are also so helpful and friendly. But I would particularly like to mention the food. All meals are very good and twice during... More

Lovely location with lots of cross country ski runs and walks. Stunning scenery and we returned because hotel is very comfortable and the food was very good. This year, the staff seemed very busy and one evening there were only 4 of them waiting on 120 guests for dinner. It was chaotic. There was no 'welcome' meeting as in 2014... More
