Highly recommended for a short ski break - Albachtal is a nice unpretentious ski area with plenty of slopes for a 4-day break for intermediate skiers. Traditional Austrian hotel with fantastic service. All the staff without exception were absolutely charming and couldn't do enough to help, from the moment we arrived. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and absolutely spotless. Breakfasts...

We found this hotel to be comfortable and charming, with great service. We were a large family group, and we were not always easy to accommodate. Multiple children, seniors, a pregnant lady - we all had needs. This hotel did their best to make us happy. Don't forget to notice the charming sculptures on the grounds.

Thanks for your nice review dlgoldie! We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with us and would love to welcome you again soon! Again, thanks for staying with us PS: The charming sculptures on the hotel grounds were made by the Heinrich Lettenbichler, the founder of our hotel, three generations back :)

The hotel has a very friendly staff. They were also flexible about our early check-in time. The rooms are OK from size and comfort. That's exactly what we needed while skying most of the day. The hotel is located perfectly for winter sports, in a quite part of the village. it is about 15m drive to the Alpbach ski area....

Hello oridx and thank you for your review. We are very happy to hear you had a fantastic time staying with us. It is true we don't serve vegan meals but we will try our best to expand our vegetarian selection. We wish you all the best!

Comfortable, big place with style. They accommodate most groups and we were parts of one. The service is friendly and the room are very good. The only thing I would improve its their kitchen, it's a little weak with very few vegetarian options, the food it's OK, but it can be improved.

The location of the hotel is in a small town. You feel integrated in the local universe immediately. The hotel is clean, with a typical old Austrian furnish and atmosphere... Breakfast is generous. In the evening the bar has a warm air even for a few tourists or visitors.

Stayed with family. The service is exceptionally friendly and warm. English is spoken by most staff to a high standard. Location good enough for summer hiking, but car or bike essential. Overlooks pretty landscape but close to the road. Room spacious and clean. Wi fi signal did not reach the room, however. Breakfast was ok, but the other meals were...

We stayed at this hotel in early August and had a fantastic vacation. The location is worth gold and the rooms are very well kept. The friendly owner (Kathrine, if not mistaken) came up with some great suggestions on what to do - our children are very demanding and have to be entertained :) The restaurant is cozy and serves...
