Room prices are reasonable. No internet service in the rooms though. Only in the lobby is there access. If Internet is a must for business this is a problem. A small refrigerator would have been also nice in the room. The reasturant is decently priced and tasty with a large selection. However if you are on a time schedule I...

Sabin Hotel The good news? It's the best hotel in Ormoc. The bad news? It's the best hotel in Ormoc. Staff are friendly, except for the folks at reception. Many need improvement in their ability to carry out their duties. TV remote not working? Called the desk. "OK", the response. No one ever showed up. Well, to be fair, a...

I booked here for 1 night just for the debut of my friend's daughter being held there. Rooms are big but somewhat gloomy. Interiors are dark as most are made out of wood. But perhaps it's the hotel's theme. Beds are big, pillows are soft, A/C works well and bathroom is also very spacious. TV has only 3 channels. Pool...

For 2 yrs. going back to ormoc we always chose this hotel. We love the ambiance, the relaxing atmosphere, but in the recent stay we had, it was terrible. Let's start in our room. The toilet was leaking, we reported it but no actions, I dont understand why the housekeeping don't notice it every time they clean that room. Holes...

Compared to other resorts, in the Philippines, it is not the greatest. But, it is, by far, the best resort in Ormoc. It is not far from the ferry, so, it's convenient. It is on the ocean with a nice view, and they pool is great. They don't have a beach, but, a nice view. The rooms are so so....

Although the property is very good, much is left to be desired. The property is beautifully appointed with hardwood trim & floors that are rock solid. The grounds are lovely. The restaurant was good & the prices very fair. We stayed in the Presidential Suite the first night. The first thing you notice is how large & well-appointed the room...

First time visit to this resort and I was thoroughly satisfied with the 2 days I stayed here. Beautiful on-the-water resort close to downtown Ormoc with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The site has a large swimming pool with restaurant and beach access. The site is still recovering from Typhoon Yolinda so the restaurant is slightly open aired---one...

It was the nicest place in ormoc so i expected more. The staff really let the place down. The reception always seemed too distracted to help. We called reception, maintanance and found ourselfs calling multiple times to chase things up, sometimes they wouldnt answer. The tv chanels would change at random daily. The masseurs didnt know what they were doing...

For a place that looks quite picturesque and has lovely old time facilities it really let itself down on service and many other areas. For the comparative price in the phillipines what they offered was a joke. The rooms were lovely with much bamboo furniture but so many problems from poorly trained and unenthusiastic staff. Found ourselves calling the front...
