It's possible we hit them on a bad day, but after 20 minutes the wifi cut out for the rest of the evening. They took 2 hours to cook our dinner (pretty average food, but would have been fine if it had come in less than 2 hours!). The electricity cut out for the morning so we had a cold...

I stayed here with my boyfriend when backpacking through SE Asia. The rooms are adequate with beautiful views of the Laos countryside! There is nothing around the hotel just the local village, we visited Kong Lor Cave which is the only reason for our stay. The food at the hotel was lacking in choice and quality but as expected of...

From when we arrived to when we left, this place was amazing. The host couple are so accommodating and made us feel right at home. They have an awesome set up - lots of outdoor tables for mixing with other travellers, and their menu is fantastic. The food is absolutely lush - we ate there basically every night we were...

I can't say enough good things about this lovely guesthouse set in an absolutely beautiful location. The room is simple, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom has hot water, but I wish the water pressure were a little stronger, and large towels are provided. This might sound strange, but I was excited to see an outlet near the floor (much...

Excellent value for money. Simple but clean room, hot water, though as other reviews report the flow is weak. The food is good. Staff very helpful and attentive. I'd actually give t his a 4.5, the only thing I reckone that needs improving is some furniture (chairs) to sit on the balcony and outside the rooms. Amazing views. We liked...

Nice place, good wifi and awesome view. The bed was clean and it's bed sheet, blanket and pillow cases are covered in linen which made the room fancy. The place had only 1 staff doing all around work and doesn't speak nor understand English so communication was an issue. The water pressure seems to be a constant concerm among their...

driving to the little village of Konglor you feel like its a dream. The scenery is absolutely amazing. Finding this place and for only 60.000 kip per night it was such a bargain. Cold beer lao for just 10.000 kip and amazing food. the owners are super super friendly and very helpful. They never once asked for my room number,...

Had a wonderful three days. The room was good for 60000kip, good mattress, hot water(low flow) and with solid screens on widows which allows to keep open shutters and get great views on the rice fields and cliffs surrounding Konglor. Was there during flood, and owner was really helpful in checking if cave was open, and coordinating transport out of...

I got a fan double, no TV or fridge in room or water dispenser here but very clean and fly screens work v, v well which is important when you see the size and number of bugs which get around near here in the evenings! Very picturesque and the staff are nice. There's a restaurant downstairs, breakfast and dinner only....
