Fairly average room in a fairly average location. Rooms are decent sized, bathroom is fine and a nice and large shower. Check in was quick. Located in the north end of Joondalup a long walk from the Shopping Centre. Close to the freeway, bus routes etc. It's an unremarkable budget hotel. I've stayed worse but I feel like they could...

As the main hotel theoretically in the centre of Joondalup is one of the worst I have ever stayed at Australia. The rooms were dark, dirty, dusty and the staff were stuck between a rock and a hard place due to a pathetic owner / manager. Worst of all was the cockroaches not only in the room but crawling over...

For what appears to be a well kept suburb and exterior, this hotel's interior appeared dated and poorly maintained. Particularly for the price point. There was no staff on site when we arrived at 8pm. Parking wasn't secure nor clearly defined at the back entrance so we drove a few laps before working out where to go. The back enterence...

Average hotel.parking is easy. Rooms have all you need but could do with new everything. Restaurant downstairs was only opened for breakfast which was only $10 and there was enough of it. Simple but correct. Joondalup was a dead town even on a Saturday night.

Booked for 2 nights as we had a wedding to attend nearby. We had to book 2 rooms as it was my husband myself and 2 of our 3 kids. Finding the reception entrance wasn't easy, once you know how to get in it's ok but first time it's rather confusing. Check in was easy and ladies were helpful. Finding...

We were there for a business trip and this hotel met and surpassed all our needs. Despite the surrounding area being located in a quiet area (we liked it), the proximity to Lakeside, the abundance of eateries and cafes around the area, close to the lake, all made this location worth the visit. We were welcomed by the wonderful staff...

Really an overpriced motel. No staff on site in evening. For the price i would have expected some public room open in evening and some staff 24/7. The wifi was expensive. I think at a hotel ofthis price it is a cheak to charge for wifi.. why not charge for water from tap. What is worse is that if ou...

The hotel looks new. The room was quite nice - comfy, a good size, pretty nice bathroom. It's in a pretty quiet area, but there is a big shopping area just down the street (Lakeside Joondalup, where there's free wifi). It's very close to several major roads and there is free parking in the back of the hotel. The hotel...

Would recommend anyone to stay here. Nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Short walk up to the shopping centre which I liked. Also walking distance to the hospital. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking out the back.

this is a functional hotel with little atmosphere. There is no real foyer just a small reception area and a small bistro. In our two day stay I saw just three people using the little restaurant. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and well designed. I think though that it is expensive for what is on offer.
