This property is new and when you enter it your entire mood freshen up… they have a nice aroma of lemon tree everywhere… the room was well designed, spacious and so was the bathroom…. What stood out really is the service by all their staff members, specially Thushara and Shirin at the restaurant. The food variety and the taste is also good. Keep up the good work folks… will recommend this to everyone looking for a stay at Thekkady.

We recently visited Lemon Tree Hotels in Thekkady and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff at the restaurant, house keeping staff and reception staff always made us feel very welcomed and comfortable looking after everything to make sure we were well looked after. Food was exceptional and very tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Thekkady!

The property is just a few months old and everything is in brand new condition. They received us with a traditional bindi. The suite is comfortable though the area is much smaller. It had all required amenities and both the living room and the bedroom had separate televisions. Bed is a bit smaller, but OK.
Bathroom had all the required facilities and toiletries. The all white environment of the bathroom looked amazing. Hot water was available without waiting.
There was no buffet during lunch as it's off-season. But, they offered a variety to choose from and all tasted good. Breakfast spread was also OK considering the limited number of guests.
There's no place to roam in the hotel campus as this is not a resort. But, they have a wonderful garden on the fifth floor. The garden is beautifully maintained and I started to imagine the "Hanging Gardens of Babylon". There is no swimming pool.
The underground parking was also convenient without much space constraint.
The property is in the Thekkady town proper and it's very near to the Lake also.
Overall it's the best choice for those who want to stay in the town and not looking for a resort.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself is spotless. The food served at the hotel was also very good. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the shops but far enough away to avoid any outside noise.
