Good place if you come for business or leisure trip. Better to book via phone directly to reception than online booking. Direct phone booking has customisation options to suit your needs. The staff is courteous and helps with reservation in clear English.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights in Dec 2020. I would rate this to be a well managed hotel with clean rooms. Efficient staff. The only problem I faced was with WI-FI which would not work on Mac/Apple. The manager assured he would get it rectified

We stayed two nights at this hotel, which is basic in all respects aside from the piping hot, high pressure showers, which made up for its appalling breakfasts and dreadful service. Breakfast was never set up at the advertised time, and the offerings, when they eventually arrived, were meagre. On the first morning, there was no milk - cornflakes had to be eaten dry and coffee drank black. Even the Indian breakfast was very limited.
On the positive side, wifi was only available in the lobby but was fairly good, and the room was clean. There was only one towel between two people. An altogether basic and comfortable spot for this part of India, but plan to eat breakfast elsewhere if you're in a hurry.

We are staying here for 4 nights and I am writing this review from the hotel room. The location is a bit isolated no shops nearby, We are 3 members and paid extra person charges for the 3rd member. While breakfast is complimentary for 3, this Hotel has a policy of providing only 2 water bottles, that too 500 ml water bottles even though they have collected extra person charges. It appears to be a ploy to force us to buy water bottles from room service which costs Rs. 60 per bottle as there is no shops nearby.
Housekeeping is poor. The kettle kept in the room was stinking and we had to request for another kettle.
The lobby and the passage to room is filled with the toxic smell of cigarettes.
Room service is very delayed.
Breakfast is another joke. Most of the dishes would be empty even around 9 AM. Only after repeated reminders, would they refill it at their own convenience.
Overall, it is better to avoid this property unless there is no other option. Absolutely no Value for Money.

Had a confirmation email sent by this hotel for an online booking, that I did 10 days before my visit. But when I reached hotel that morning with my family, the guy at the reception said no rooms available.
Online booking doesn't mean anything. He said I should have called the hotel to confirm the same.
Moreover, the check-in is from 12 noon to 12 noon.
So for my stay for 1 day (7am to 6pm) I should pay for 2 days.
Disgusting !
The local auto driver suggested “KANI RESIDENCY” which is also 3 star & was reasonably good. Check-out is 24hrs from check-in

Great hospitality overall excellent stay……. Very nice hotel near to sea, one can have a view of Sea from room. Staff is very attentive and professional in their approach, a full incredible welcome experience and a quick check-in, keep up the great work.

Went to friends staying in guidy, stayed in hotel for one night. Had enjoyed the hospitality. Food is good, the staff is good and polite. The rooms are awesome 👌, have stayed in sea view rooms as the hotel is situated near sea. It is 3-4kms away from railway station.

Gross and dirty. The shower doesn't drain so we just had standing water sitting in it. The tv cable box didn't work so no reception at all. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Would never stay here again.

I am regular guest for this hotel since 2012. I always opt for this hotel, property is clean rooms, restaurant, and good landscaping and most important hotel taff are soft spoken and cooperative what a else one need from an hotel in an industrial town.
Apart all the best advantage is SRM group has its own volvo and luxury buses by Name SRM TRAVELS for Bangalore chennai Madurai preson traveling by tese bus will enjoy good discount in Srm hotel and bus booking buses are in excelent condition and clean.
