Perfect for a detox weekend. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the beach, castle and peacefulness:-) Enjoyed that it was self catering- perfect for our detox. We had also had full body a massage in the therapy room which I would definitely recommend. The house was very peaceful and the beds were very comfortable. The view from...

I stayed in the Garden Apartment with my husband, 2 boys (20 and 15 yrs old) and our german shepherd. We had problems with the shower on our 1st evening - water kept going cold and scalding hot, areal health & safety hazard. We called Lance (the owner) who advised that we should use the shower in one of the...

Reluctantly just returned home from this wonderful, idyllic house in one of the most beautiful, scenic areas we have visited. Our hosts were spot on; helpful and very friendly. The views from the house are stunning and the area so peaceful and relaxing. Well worth a visit. We will definitely be returning.

Very dirty inside garden apartment, would not stop there again firstly mould inside shower and walls and on tiles, secondly dirty grime oven made me feel sick thick grease not cleaned for along time. This is a modern apartment added in the last 10 years and so it is not in need of upgrading. We have decided to treat this apartment separately from the rest of the period house, and use bleach based products for cleaning, especially for the grout in the shower. The oven has been replaced as our cleaner advised. Unfortunately spiders...

Hill House is in a wonderful location overlooking the sea. It sits above other houses so you get a really good view of the natural surroundings. It is quiet and tranquil and a great place for a quiet break / retreat. The house is clean and has a warm welcoming feel and the host makes you feel immediately relaxed and...

This place is just wonderful. I went on a transforming retreat over Christmas....without it being super holy or airy fairy. The house itself is a beautiful old villa and if you get one of the rooms at the front the views over the bay are just incredible. Watching the sun rise on Christmas morning was enough to almost turn me...

I first came across Hill House in February 2012, when it was the Heartspring retreat centre. I was looking for a place to be in sort of retreat with my daughter, as in an un’guided’ retreat, somewhere calm and beautiful and close to nature, not too isolated, offering company if sought and privacy for reflection when needed. An internet search...

We arrived at Llansteffan on the busiest tourist day of the year..August Bank Holiday yet even the extra people could not change the innate peaceful nature of the place. We were greeted by Rob and Bel at hill House.. who have the Knack of being friendly without being over friendly..of being there when needed and out of sight when All...
