Hotel is near to Nataraja Temple. Parking is spacious. 10-15 can be parked. Complimentary breakfast has limited varieties but taste ok Examples of horrible service :- Bed Linen was dirty and was not replaced Centralized AC was not working properly in my room complained 4-5 times but no action was taken Asked for blanket and pillow which I got after 3 followups same is the case with toiletries wardrobe was not clean and handle broken I had booked for 2 days stay through online and had paid the amount upfront while i was away visiting a temple in the 2nd day afternoon, I received a call from reception stating I had to vacate the room since I had booked only for 1 day they were not ready to listen to me over the phone so I had to rush back to the hotel and explain in person that I had booked 2 days with the booking details I had. the manager who was present there at this time was not interested in resolving the issue and while checking in I saw one customer complaining about the hotel's service in the reception. same story when i was checked out, saw a customer complaining about the service…

I had a comfortable stay in Grand Park on this March. Rooms are very good infrastructure and its is very near to lord natarajar temple and The rooms in the second floor are well maintained with Good service, neat rooms and friendly staff.

We were in this hotel yesterday as family. Stayed in executive room. Rooms were not clean. The staff very unprofessional. initially we were given used linen. Toilets were not cleaned. We had to force them to clean . Overall a very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel anyone

The first floor of the hotel is a constructionsite (since 2016). Unfinished elevatorshafts allows bats to enter the hotel. We met a mongust in the restaurant ; ) Second floor is comparatively better, but the incompetence of the staff caused our group great inconvenience and delay. They were not ready to receive us and simple things as towels and extra beds booked in advance was a problem. One girl in our group was treated in a highly inappropriate way by a staffmember when she was sitting alone in the receptionarea. Our complaints were in no way met with understanding from the staff, so we had to spend time arguing and fighting with over simple things. The staff at this hotel is not capable of receiving international guests and the hygenic standards are likewise not at an acceptable standard. …

Great deception! Photos on Agoda radiate every luxury. In reality, the hotel room is a dirty, filthy and humid shack. Having traveled all over the world, this was the worst hotel we have ever had. Dirty sheets with stains, mold everywhere, decaying furniture, bathroom full of mold, Noisy fan. No WiFi in the rooms, but I don't mind. You have been warned about this!

I stayed in this hotel from 19th Jan to 26th January 2019. We stayed in room no. 108 we could smell the insecticide spray in the mattress. However , we stayed there until 23rd. We changed our room to 110. Now my son is getting treated for bug bites. The hotel completely lacks in hospitality and cleanliness. The staff was not even happy to serve the complimentary breakfast. It was served cold everytime. They over charged for visit to Pondicherry also.

Please avoid staying here ,leaky bath room , fittings were not working . Very poor maintainance , Not worth the money . Parking area is full of mud and shelter for stray dogs . Bitter experience . Hotel management should give more care .

Hotel is very close to Natarajar temple in east car street and this has to be strictly avoided. I had stayed for a day in my visit to Chidambaram in Jun but found to made a bad decision. Very poor ac, rooms are not clean, full of mosquitoes and hotel needs completes renovation. They could have attracted many guests due to its locality, close proximity to the temple - but they failed every aspects. Complimentary breakfast is good for the price we paid for hotel. Otherwise 1.5 out of 5 is my rating.
