Pros: Very close to railway stn and quiet. Cons: Dust & Cob web everywhere. Restroom in deluxe room was as good as what you get in local lodge. Executive room restroom was better. Water was a bit salty. Path from railway stn is narrow, if you are not comfortable riding your car in reverse for 100m better avoid. No food options nearby. Nearby waterbody is just sewage and it stinks. Deluxe room vibration while train passing by didn't bother me. Pillow provided was questionable, saw hair strands and dust. Kettle provided for making coffee was all covered in dust. I don't think I'll stay here again. OYO / Vandayar hotel kind of place will be better for temple visit. If you need resort kind of environment better look elsewhere. If you decide to stay call and do offline booking else GST is a addon & executive room is better, avoid deluxe room.…
Beautiful place with nice people to care.. Everything was so simple from check-in till check-out.. Rooms are so clean, with quality bathrooms. No attached restaurant, but you will have anything for dine if you ordered through the manager. Ambience is awesome with views and greenery; definitely can excuse - if a train running nearby with horn... the only issue is the road to the property from railway station; hope the management will rectify it soon. Overall it was a memorable experience for our group members,,,,
This farm stay is a very good place for family as well as Partying group. Well maintained and a relaxing place with vast streches of lands and good amount of trees. Best time to visit is during October to February
It's a hidden gem in Chidambaram.. The owner mentioned he built this first as his farmhouse then later opened for Business. There are 4 rooms and of which it has 2 types small one priced around 1300 and the bigger one is 1800.. very close to Railway station and to Thilai Natarajar temple. This one has a small swimming pool (well don't expect like in big hotels) but worth for the penny you pay. Food here ther are no food provided - but can be ordered by Zaaroz (Swiggy/Zomato of Chidambaram). Owner and Staff members are friendly.. I Reduced one star for the road(actually small street) to reach this place, from railway station to Krish Garden was so tight, but we managed to go in and come out couple of times without issues.. Well all in all it's still a hidden gem 💎.
