Stayed here for 1 night. We reached late on Saturday evening and couldn’t search for good hotels and we settled here. We took 2 rooms at 2nd floor for 1150 Rs each. It looked very average on first looks, but got worse as day progressed. Got Hot water on Saturday, but on Sunday they said some problem with Geyser and it’s not working on 2nd flr. We asked for at least one bucket of hot water for the kid but the room boy was always busy/non responsive. Door lock was not working for one room. AC’s were set at preset temperature and it was working in one room and not in other. Bathroom sink pipe was not working. Worst part is no one responds to your queries. Also they had said about complimentary breakfast at morning and when we enquired at 8:30 am in reception, he was asking the room boy to buy it from somewhere. We said it’s not required and walked off from there. Avoid it, you can find other decent places nearby.…
The interior is bad, not clean and bad service.I found the hotel by google search and informed about my arrival. When I checked in at morning 7 Am, I took a 650 Rs - Single room. I clearly told them I will be leaving next day noon time only but they did not ask to pay more. I kept my luggage in the room and went out. When I came back after 6 hrs, the room door was open !! They told the lock had a problem and I chose to upgrade to an AC room worth Rs -1150. (The AC was not working)Again I mentioned I will be leaving next day noon time only. They just asked to pay for one day only. The next day morning, the receptionist showed up and asked to for one more day or they will disconnect the power. I had no other options left at the eleventh hour So I paid it.Never ever go to this hotel.…
There is no option to give 0 start in this so I am giving one start. This hotel in chitambaram is cheap than a lodge which we find near a slum. Bedsheets are not washed for atleast one month and taps are leaking and terrible service provided by the staffs
The rooms were just ok - bed could have been cleaner. Towels and soap was provided only after asking. The bathrooms doors had no latches. Below average stay for the cost charged. This is 600m from the Chidambaram temple. They have lift option and got our rooms in second floor.
I just stayed at this hotel. This is not a place worth staying with it's dinghy,stinking and poorly lit rooms and rat hole bath rooms. Split AC functions only at a certain temperature and guest has no control since the remote never works. The ambiance is quite disgusting with the outer and inner walls too sporting dirty marks all over. The restaurant is non-functional and the complimentary breakfast borrowed from another hotel is not only lousy and insipid but also served very late at 9.00am. The staff don't know any language other than Tamil and therefore you can not expect much cooperation.Should not find place on any travel portal.
Not worth for the tariff. Not clean. Lift not working on genset. First opinion in reception itself is negative. No hot water for 24 hrs. Only 6-7 am. Dirty rooms. No health shower, bath shower in bathroom. No maintanance at all. Worst opinion.
Average Hotel. The bed linens are not in good condition. The floor is full of dust. They should clean and sweep the floor after the guests vacated the room. There are holes in the bed sheets. The service is good.
Walk able Distance to all the major parts of the city like Bus stand,Nataraja Temple This hotel offers you a decent room with moderate amenities.Bar here is worst.Non veg food is better than Veg food.And the Parking is very tight in the underground.
Successfully booked a deluxe room room at this Hotel through Agoda for 30th April, but when went a few days in advance (26 Apr) to confirm on the booking as there were no reply to emails sent, the counter staff was so rude, screamed at people over the phone, at people who came to check if any rooms available. When I showed my booking confirmation he just ignored and said no rooms available 30th Apr as it is a very peak day as there was a very special prayers at nearby temple. Called Agoda and the Agoda staff mentioned that no cancellation received from the hotel and tried to speak to the hotel staff, but the Hotel Staff just ignored and kept saying no room. I got full refund from Agoda plus discount for next booking. Anyway when I checked the room to book for other days, saw insects and the rooms appeared very dirty. Thank God my booking was cancelled. Even if it is a peak period, front-end staff should learn to deal with customer with proper manner.…
Pathetic service. No restaurant. Only breakfast available. That too south Indian only. Even slice of bread toast was not that hotel. Louder staff Chatting in mid night. More disturbed my sleep. Better avoid this or else you will ruined by the hotels staff.
