Detailed Reviews
We are just coming to the end of a 2 week stay at Las Terrazas and can't fault it. We have been to Albir many times over the last 30 years but it's the first time we have stopped here and it certainly won't be the last.
The Appartments have everything you need and are spotlessly clean, being cleaned every other day, with fresh towels. Nice pool and jacuzzi, again spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and chairs.
Good location with easy acces to bars, restaraunts and the beach, all within 10 minutes stroll.
Lovely staff, in particular Angela in reception, who is so helpful and speaks good English.
Definitely a little gem!

I stayed here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago.
It was a pleasure to stay here as its absolutely spotless, nice and quiet and not far from the main strip. Pool is small-ish but was never too busy so it didnt really matter.
Staff are helpful and can speak good English.
Albir and las terrazas was perfect for what we were looking for in that it is quiet and has nice restaurants yet only a 5 minute taxi from benidorm and all its attractions, waterpark, themepark, nightlife etc.
Will go back!!

what a fantastic start to our holiday...we stayed for 3 days before our main holiday and i have to say what a litte gem this place is. the rooms and facilities are absolutely spotless. the staff (especially angela and pepe) are the most helpful and friendly people and nothing is too much trouble for them (thanks for the trip to macdonalds on the first night!!!) very reasonably pri ced and will definately be going there again.

As many of the guests stay for a week or more we were for our two night stay given the perhaps least favourable apartment closest to the reception on the ground floor. As the walls are paper-thin it was thus quite noicy. The apartment is very basic furnished and dated. The beds are to soft for my liking. The HC-shower was not delicate. There is no breakfast or room-service. Garage parking is 6 euros.

Stayed a year ago and things were fine but this year because we were young lads they hated us! I'm a professional and my partners in the NHS but that was not acceptable because we were British! The staff constantly bothered us because we were born in the uk!?? I'll never stay here again!! What horrible people! Racist people!

Had a 2 night stay here, 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Nice pool, small but very clean.
A jacuzzi, room for 6 people.
24 hr access with gated entry.
Air-con in the rooms.
Rooms are available for check-in at 13:30 and check out is around 10:00. It's a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, sunbeds are 4 euros each and a cover is 5 euros.
Paid £75 per night.
Excellent value for money and L'Albir is a lovely town.

The hotel was in an ideal location within easy reach of the beach, bus stops, restaurants, bars and shops. It provided an ideal location as a base for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and if we ever visited Albir again would stay in the hotel.

Such great value for money. Our apartment was huge, well furnished and equipped and with a lovely balcony. We were really enjoying our stay until the second week when a group of Spanish families arrived and through what I can only describe as sheer rudeness, chose to congregate each night on a balcony and stay up to the early hours of the morning, shouting, screaming, slamming doors whilst rearranging furniture in a way which resonated the noise through the entire building. This is not the hotel's fault, however, there are no staff on duty after 10.00pm and I would advise there being some security in place to stop this sort of behaviour.

Been here just one night, reserved with Booking.com.
Is suits our real needs, overnight, tin a Long trip by car.
Very good the garage service and rate 12€ x night, for the car.
Overrated price 126€ for a small apartment
Mattresses too soft for any star (1/2/3/4/5) rates apartment or hotel.
Sofa bed poor quality.
Linen, pillows etc are ok in quality and quantity.
Door slashes all over the night and no soundproof...
A bit of maintenance is needed all over.
Service is, as everywhere in Spain, something to improve drastically.
The receptionist was extremely polite but did not attend our request, which we expressly asked for, at our arrival. Excuse are always the same in Spain (we use the same in our first school at year 5/6 yo), someone was sick, something sudden happen to..., an urgent matter...or something else.
Suggested for people without expectacions.
Good for family with pets.
500 mts from the beach
