This is the second time I stayed at this establishment. It's in the back half of Yue He or "Moon River", a tourist attraction of a resident area with architecture of late Qing dynasty. The touristy part of Yue He is often busy with different crowd depending on the time of the day - teenagers, antique seekers, restaurant goers, and...

I am on my business trip. Everything looks great, I was so excited to learn about the history of the hotel and the regular staffs are all very nice and accommodating. Had been around the world in different specialized motif and/or historical hotels and 5 to 7 stars hotels. First time that I encountered a beautiful face but none accommodating...

I would give it 3.5 stars if available. The location is in the old town, and the buildings of the hotel are part of the town itself, with alleyways at the back. It is some way from the centre of the city but the old town is interesting and has lots of restaurants and shops. The service was okay but...

Was not looking forward to staying here for 2 weeks but can honestly say one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, the room I stayed A305 was large (see my pictures) and very nicely laid out, they were clean and the bed was very comfortable to the point I couldn't get up in the morning, unusual for a Chinese...

We were in Jiaxing to attend a wedding at the end of March 2014. We thought it was more convenient to stay at the hotel as the dinner reception was also held here. It turned out the boutique type hotel was part of the Yuehe Ancient Water city. Ambience was fabulous, the rooms were mostly surrounded by water canals, beautiful...

Good location, great design, good service, and nice rooms. Got a good price with breakfast included. Best rice I ever had, I think it was called Jaixing or Yuehe rice. VERY quiet, which was unexpected due to some warnings about being next to bars.

Stayed here for just a night for business a few weeks back. it was a very nice hotel, very clean, very quiet and nice environment. the area was very interesting and an overall nice experience. Can't say much for service because I was basically in and out of the hotel so quick. would likely return to the hotel if I...

We have just stayed at this lovely hotel in Jiaxing as part of a large group travelling to a friends wedding. The hotel was booked on our behalf and we were delighted when we first arrived. The hotel seems to have a variety of different style rooms, from traditional water village style to more practical for the business traveller. There...

I was working in Shanghai and one of the guys said we could visit his home town, I told him all I needed is a bed and my own toilet so please book me a cheap hotel. So image my surprise when we turned up at this wonderful hotel. Ok so it is not cheap by Chinese standards, but a...
