Hotel is located on the main street of the city and parking area is spacious and safe. If you are not driving yiu are,still okay as train station is right next to the hotel. Only 2 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. Place is near and clean. Staff are nice and pleasant!

Great place, great staff and fabulous food. We had our 6 year old and 6 month old with us and staff were lovely with the children. Dinner in our room was excellent: beautifully presented and delivious. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Mutsumikan. We love the food and the location is very close to the train station. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and warm. We especially like the onzen. Definitely value for money. We recommend this place if you visit Gero, Japan.

Thanks for very warm welcome. We had a lovely stay and definitely looking forward to come again. Staffs were professional and helpful. Onsen is a bit small due to the public bath was under construction.
