We have visited Inkunzi Cave a number of times and absolutely love the place, it has a uniqueness about it that you will not find anywhere else. Steve and Estelle are amazing, genuine people. The cave was built by Steve and all the art done by him as well. He is an extremely talented man who is not affected by...

Steve is the most creative man I've ever encountered. You'll see that in the cave on his site, studio, shop and if you talk to him. The man is 71 now but still has the power of a teenager. The stay in the cave was very pleasant, there's so much to see. Outside of course a braai with beautiful mountain...

We stayed in the Zulu Hut....wow...what an absolutely amazing experience. The hut was cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect for family bonding time. The attention to detail in the African décor and art work is commendable. We (the kids included) loved the shower and the splash pool. The view of the mountain peaks from the bedroom is spectacular. The ambience of...

Well what a surprise this place is, your accommodation is actually a cave with full self catering facilities overlooking the Champagne peaks and with your very own private swimming pool fed by a small waterfall to swim under. Run by the famous Soth African artist Steve Bull and his wife Estelle this is a truly magical place and you're surrounded...

We had such a lovely time in the Champagne Valley region of Drakensberg at the Inkunzi Cave, Zulu Hut and Didley Squat Eco Abode. Our family occupied all three structures for three nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Having just attended a traditional Zulu wedding prior to our arrival, we can truly attest that Steve and Estelle's...

Getting lost on the way to the Berg, Steve kindly rang us and offered directions and advice as we arrived later than planned and he was shortly there to welcome us to this stunning abode! Waking up to the view of Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle was indeed a sight to behold. My soul feels happy here :-) Sadly though...

We have just spent three glorious days at Inkunzi with our friends who stayed in the shack and Diddly Squat. As previous reviewers have stated, you will not find anything as unique as what Steve and Estelle have created, they both have an amazing ability to be creative without even having to put much thought into it. We have stayed...

When we stayed here we had booked the Inkunzi Cave. The cave is entirely handmade by Steve the owner who is an artist and rock-pool builder. This is one of the most amazing places where we have stayed during our trip through South-Africa. Steve and his wife Estelle where very kind and lovely people who take the time to make...

We were welcomed by Estelle and Steve like welcome friends(we have stayed before} The unit was clean and welcoming and everything was supplied. Even milk for our tea and a jug of chilled water in the fridge. Fire wood in the barbecue and a promise of more on just for the asking. I recommend this Zulu hut for people the...
