Had an excellent Indian massage and Ayurvedic body scrub from Alem. Treatment was 90 mins long total. Followed by a 20 minute steam. I came out feeling amazing! 5 stars for the service. Loved the smell of the essential oils and body scrub - 4 stars for the facility as I had a minor foul smell coming from the steam cubicle drain. Management - Please consider putting some essential oils in there while steam is running to cover the smell.

Scenic location, relaxing and comfortable place. Great ambiance and asthetics. Rooms have lovely view. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Food is very good. They need to improve their bar ambience.

Great location and pretty scenic views.. Ideal for boating experience on Kerala back waters.. And comfortable stay.. Gym facilities are great. Food, staff, ambience are excellent.. Had a nice time with my daughter… God’s own country indeed… Highly recommend….

Leela Ashtamudi is a haven from the bygone era. The architecture is superb, bringing in a sense of space and calm. The waters lapping close by are the icing. But it’s the human touch that brings it to life. And for this special thanks to Prithvi at the Front Desk, Bijil in the main dining and Nungshi at the spa. All of them added comfort and care to our stay. Strongly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing this laid back atmosphere.

The spa is amazing. Do the dinacharya and abhayanga snana with shirodhara. Magnificient, out of this world. Manoj is a wonderful therapist, relieved my shoulder pain. Will be back some day. This was a special family trip and we really enjoyed our time at Leela

The property is situated in a picturesque location and is well maintained.The staff is very helpful and courteous.Special mention needs to be made about the staff at the restaurant.The staff at the reception and the housekeeping staff were also very responsive and helpful.Food also was very good. Overall the experience at the hotel was very pleasant and memorable.
