A very very splendid visit .All of the staffs were very polite.Food, stay , amenities I can give 5 starts ..They even cleaned pool for us .
The massage was spectacular..Highly recommend it.
The room size is quite big and I could say for suite size room,we can accommodate 4 people easily:D

Reached the hotel at around 5 pm. Check-in was a bit delayed. Took 3 bedroom apartment which was good enough for us. No particular view from the balcony. The toilets and rooms were clean.
We had ordered a few dishes from both restaurants and they were just ok. The grilled fish had some odd smell, so we returned it. The breakfast buffet was just ok, not too many choices.
Appreciate reception as well as housekeeping staff. Thanks.

I would to recommend this place, who wants to have some time for relaxing, taking a time for yourself and just to make pause in life. The location, team, place and quality of everything is more than perfect. General manager Shahir welcomes everybody as the part of his family and personally explains the activities of the hotel. Ayurveda Therapist Sneha is something. I think she can heal everything with her arms. Highly recommended! Abhinan is the sun of the restaurant where I had all meals and he is so attentive and professional in all aspects. His smile and kind attitude made my day from early morning!

I had checked in on Sat 11th Jan 2020 8pm for my friends marriage.
And was very rudely asked to check out by 2pm (12th Jan 2020). I had requested atleast to give me 2 hrs extension considering that i had cheked in late but was denied very rudely from the customer desk team.
Also I came to know from friend that they had already done the advance booking but , even without checking anything internally I was asked to pay all the entire amount again.
Now I am waiting for the hotel to reverse the payment i did. Hope to get it soon

dear sir we had already informed you about the cancellation policy of our hotel . there is no refund from one day prior to check in. you had booked and blocked our room and didn't show up. we couldn't sell that room. you also did't inform us in advance . that why we had to charge.

Review about lack of interest on following up on enquiries , was looking for reserving 13 rooms for 11th Jan 2020 but the person answered my call said he need to check with the concerned mgr.but he was in a meeting . And he promised to call back which never happened . Had to book somewhere else . Need more attention in managing reservation .

Stayed with family on our Kerala Tour. Booked two rooms for our stay. Greeted with welcome drink upon arrival and check in process was good. Rooms are really spacious with clean wash rooms. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and nothing to complaint. Explore the pool in the morning and it's been maintained well and have a dedicated attendant to support us. Overall value for money property. Location is in far end and approach roads and surroundings are not matching with our expectations.

Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! Always around when you need them. had great recommendations and advice. Love the pool. Rooms were kept very clean and tidy and the rooftop restaurant has an unmatched view of the surrounding area. Great stay in Tangy!

We only ended up here as the hotel we booked was closed and after visiting their sister hotel the gave us a good deal here. Check in was quick and the welcome drink was very refreshing. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and the water was hot. All amenities were good. Wi-Fi was also good. We also enjoyed some treatments at the spa. Breakfast was nice and the food at the restaurant was also very nice. All the staff were lovely. Overall a great stay

This must be one of the best properties in Kollam, the location ambience are excellent, Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean .Very helpful staff and food was awesome so delicious.Highly recommend to all.

Our group of 4 Australians have stayed at D'Fort 2 times. The location is peaceful & quiet. The staff are helpful & friendly. Everything works. After a couple of weeks in noisy Delhi, Agra, Jaipur this place is heaven. Rooftop bar is the gem. Beer & cocktails with views and relaxing environment.
