We spent three nights here over New Year’s and loved it. The staff were delightful, all of the food was spectacular (I will be dreaming about their “Relish Moments” dish for months to come, along with many of their other delicious dishes), the pool was sparkling and refreshing, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was great fun to be able to watch the New Years celebrations and fireworks from our room overlooking the beach. The gym needs a little upgrade but was perfectly serviceable for a short stay. We visited Jatayu Nature Park while in Kollam and the transport was flawlessly organised by the hotel staff. They are very honest and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel.

This was my first getaway since the pandemic started . I stayed at this hotel which is located near Kollam beach. The check in was hassle free and room allotted to me was a good one with beach view . All the amenities were provided and room was luxurious . All the staffs were very helpful . You can visit the nearby beach which is very well maintained and less crowded . Also you can visit the light house which is few distance away from the beach. I took one star away for the following reasons : 1) TV set top box is recharged on daily basis and it gets deactivated in the night . I stayed for two days and had to call on both days for activating the set top box. They could have recharged before the customer starts staying at least till the day he leaves. 2) Very less food options for vegetarians, especially for buffet breakfast and in room dining. But overall it was a comfortable stay .

We loved every minute of our stay here. We had a beautiful very good sized room with a fantastic view of the beach. Very good restaurant with exceptional service, and although you can eat for less nearby the quality of the food and general ambience made it good value for money.
The pool was well maintained by a lovely guy who really looked after us. The sun terrace next to the pool is small with only 6 sunbeds and I was concerned we might struggle for space if we wanted some pool time but the reality was we were the only people there whenever we went so it was like having a private pool. I put this down to the hotel primarily servicing business people as opposed to tourists.
All of the staff were brilliant and did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Special mention to Nandu who is utterly charming and irrepressible.

The hotel was nice with friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was good however the staff seemed annoyed when we only wanted to order coffee rather then buying the buff-package in the morning. The property has pool that is well maintained however the life guard is very strict with rules such as not wearing flip-flops around the pool which took the enjoyment out of the pool a bit. I would recommend many staying no more then 2 days in Kollam as there isn’t much to do around the area.

Stayed here over weekend to attend a conference. The hotel is said to be a decade old, but looks the age, may be because of poor maintenance as can be seen like cracked & broken floor panels. But, rooms were maintained clean, including the bath and toilets. There was kettle with provision for making tea, hair dryer, a weighing scale, ironing board, minibar, shaving & dental kits, locker (though not functional). Bed linen were clean, though not sparkling white. Room was spacious, with a good view of the beach. The sofa linen were again looked pretty old. People at front desk were very helpful, the night duty manager even came out and enquired about need of any help, even after checking out and waiting in the lobby. Restaurant at ground floor provided fair quality food (I am a vegetarian). • The hotel driver – with whom I went visiting the Jatayu centre (which is a must visit – where one can see the world's largest bird sculpture), which is an hour's drive from hotel – told me that it is a 5 🌟 hotel, but this one deserves a three and half stars at the most.

Still we love to share few concerns about your services,
As we are from the hospitality profession we love to encourage your progress in positive aspects. But still there are lot to improve. We faced a long duration of service delays, the room we have got was an amazing one with a beautiful view but its air conditioner was like we entered to the desert and we stayed in a desert place. Electric connectivity panel was damn dumb like that dude was not welcoming us happily. We had to call the maintenance people at early mng 2 o clock just to switch off the light. Lol.. There was the beautiful morning there I found no milk powder is provided. Received that at the time of our breakfast. 😌breakfast buffet was little 🤏unhappy since the chef was not having much knowledge about scrambled egg. We got something like egg burji.. 😅😅anyway we enjoyed staying in this beautiful ambience where I want to thank few people Joseph chettan(security), anju(restaurant), gsa from kanyakumari(restaurant).. Forgot the name, Rahul(duty manager, front office).

Went for a late lunch. Traditional Kerala lunch buffet with a range of local dishes. Fish curry was very tasty but overall very normal basic food. Expected something a bit more special from a hotel this nice and at those prices. You’re paying for cleanliness and excellent attentive service. A similar meal could be purchased locally for a third of the price. Deserts were particularly disappointing.

One of the best hotels I have visited till now. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. Easy access to the beach, a nice and peaceful place. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing The rooms have good views of the beach as well. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of varieties and really liked it Also likes the swimming pool with a guard available all the time, throughout the open hours. Proximity to the beach was another plus point for this hotel, which for me is the main highlight.

I had the misfortune to stay in this glorified Dharamshala which thinks they are a 5 star hotel. In my opinion this hotel isn't worth more than 3500/- per night There are few positives and a ton of negatives:
Pros: 1. Closer to Kollam Beach. There arent too many options 2. All rooms are beach facing
Cons: 1..Check-in process took more than 20 min. Especially when we had a room pre-booked in our name. God knows what were they searching for?
2. All their Bathrooms get flooded. They haven't made the slope proper and don't clean the drains.
3. Water in the bathrooms are yellow. We didn't use that water at all.
4. AC in rooms hardly makes it cool. So is the refrigerator.
5. Super inefficient room and restaurant service. We had to remind them to bring extra towels. In Breakfast, Sambar arrived 30 min late. Grilled fish takes more than 45 min to arrive.
6. Rooms aren't well lit and looks quite old.
7. I asked twice Mr Gishnu (Duty manager) to meet GM, so that I could convey these issues. But seems GM felt too important and busy to meet customers.
I strongly recommend fellow travelers to avoid this hotel. There are much better options in Kollam/Ashtamudi.

It's a good hotel with some flaws. Let's start by saying that it is not a five star hotel as they claim.
For starters, the carpets have never been washed or vaccumed since they have placed it in the hotel corridors. Same can be said about their air-conditioning.
Aside from that, if you tone down the expectations a little, it's not that bad. The food is decent though pricey. The location is fantastic. The views from the hotel is great. Though the beach is naturally beautiful, the visitors don't maintain it well. It's extremely dirty and resemble a dustbin particularly if you take a few steps off the central beach area.
The receptionists and staff in general are very efficient. Apart from a slight issue getting room service menu, everyone who answered the call were prompt and professional.
