This was our second stay. Part of the Melia group, so you can expect some quality, which is mostly delivered. However, the rooms are a little tired - the bathrooms certainly could do with an upgrade. This is a “buffet only” hotel - Waterhouse you opt for stand or “Level”

A beautiful location . Relaxing break . Generally good staff . Offered an alternative room when we found giant cockroaches. No apology given which was disappointing . The new room was good . Internal building work going on . No water available at breakfast .

Oasis open for Level guests only for breakfast. All inclusive (non level) have breakfast in main restaurant, lunch in Oasis and dinner in main restaurant
