We spent the day here while my friends were booked in at the camping site. They were right next door to the ablution block and had easy access to plug points. The ablution blocks were constantly cleaned while the area was constantly being patrolled by security which was very comforting. There are several facilities like putt-putt, water slides, swimming pools,...

We stayed in a 6 sleeper safari tent, which was neat and clean except for the cupboard-the one door was off the hinge . the ablation and kitchen area was neat and clean. showers were warm to cold. the pools were great kids loved it. only was very dirty on Saturday. the slide at the day visitors was not very...

We stayed in one of the six sleeper units. Very clean and very spacious. We stayed for two nights (Friday and Saturday), the unit was not serviced until we left which was a bit disappointing. However, good value for money, everything worked, a large variety of kitchen utensils, extra blankets for the winter nights, and free braai wood. The grounds...

Harties Resort has very nice chalets which is very affordable and you get more than what you expect for the price. Very neat chalets with a huge flat screen TV and unbelievably friendly staff, especially at the gate. We were looking all over Harties for a one night stay which is affordable but still on standard... and with my high...

The nice thing about this resort is its pet and child friendly so you can drag your whole family along. we went for the weekend and stayed in a 6 sleeper chalet. the unit had everything we needed including heaters and enough blankets. they provide enough chairs and tables so you can sit down and eat as a family, each...

It's pretty basic, which is ok, but what has granted them the lowest rating from me is the staff. I've been here a few days as almost the only camper and today arrived back to find the monkeys totally ransacking my campsite. Food everywhere, crap, and rubbish strewn all around. It's Africa, I get it, but not when FIVE staff...

A 2 night get away for my elderly parent out of season and getting any information from the staff was nigh on impossible which is a great pity as the resort has loads of potential. The chalets were relatively clean and the pool water was murky. Trying to find out if and when the restaurant was open was like mission...

On Friday 19th February to accomadation which was terribly small and cramped, with a group of 4 and a 2month old baby we ran around and googled our hearts out to find accomadation in a rush, after many doors shut in our face we found Hartbeesport Oord! A shinning light in the dark, we arrived and the guard in the...

Nice picnic spot, the Water slide is the key feature of the Resort. There's also a Jumping castle, Park and a Trampoline, although the Trampoline doesn't look very safe as its a little torn in the center. Toilets also need to be cleaned more regularly. Not much value for your money as there's not enough other activities.

It has so much potential, but needs to be managed efficiently. Please clean the bathrooms thoroughly, and find an alternative for the unhygienic shower curtains. If you expect many visitors on a day like New Year's, get extra security and cleaners.
