The Cider House is a charming older Georgian style home with lots of period character. The Garden Room where we stayed is large, clean and comfortable with ensuite facilities. Breakfast at this b & b is a real treat----from the tasty coffee to the delicious breakfast offerings. Sweet treats are on the table to have at that time or to...

Travelled with another couple and had planned to stay here for a night enroute from Niagara Falls to Montreal. Check-in went smooth, and we went for dinner nearby. Unfortunately it went downhill from here. After shower we wanted to go to bed, but noticed that the pillow cases and covers were infested with bed bugs. It was already 11pm and...

I understood this very erroneously written review would be deleted. What seems to be the problem? The said bugs either came in with line dried sheets, or the numerous bags and parcels all over the room, brought in by international traveler herself!!!

Stayed overnight and was greeted with kindness from the host. The rooms were spotless and cozy. The breakfast was top notch and every detail was taken care of. Would recommend this as a great stay to all my friends and family and look forward to my next visit.

House is beautifully decorated and spotless. Hosts Diane and Ben were great . Breakfast was delicious and lent us pass for nearby provincial park to explore. Were given homemade cookies for our trip when we left. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed a wonderful week at Cider House bed and breakfast. Three friends and I like to get away and and enjoy nature and paint a couple of times a year. Diane and her family looked after us royally. Gourmet breakfasts each morning, and treats left for us later in the day. We booked three of the four rooms, and had...

After our stop in Toronto, this was a perfect place for a little brake. The rooms are beautiful decorated and the garden looks lovely (eventough it Rainey when we were there). I haven't slept that good in a while!

We spent one night on the way back from Montreal to Toronto with our family. The Cider House was very conveniently placed near the highway and provided a comfortable place to stay.We enjoyed the sound of the trains, visiting the town and the nearby Pres'quile Provincial Park.

This is a mother and son B&B. The hosts are very warm in a very large home. The breakfast is very well prepared and coffee is great. If you advise ahead of time, they may get you their pass to any of the provincial parks in the area. This should save you some dollars. You need to know that no...

Spent the one night here to break up a journey down from Montreal to Toronto. Perfect and comfortable stop for this with charming hosts. Delicious breakfast and sweet rooms. Catch the sounds of the nearby train line as is the case everywhere in Brighton

We stayed in the Lighthouse Room and it was even better than the photos online. The room was large, the ensuite bath huge and well-outfitted with everything you need. Our host was very friendly when we arrived early to get our key before heading out for the afternoon and evening at a relative's home. Our breakfast the next day was...
