The hotel doesn't look much from outside but quite pleasant reception, bar and restaurant, our room 212 was lovely, spacious, modern lovely bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet, all mod cons you would expect. The rooms were a good size and clean, heating was a bit hit and miss bathroom towel rail never worked, the main radiator came...

We were with two coach loads enjoying a festive break. We were very well. looked after, enjoying a full English breakfast and three course dinner each day. Tuesday was our Christmas day, complete with Santa and a present and Thurs was our New Year's Eve! Very enjoyable. It was a shame that the hotel is very, 'tired' needing a lot...

I stayed here last week on a Voel trip. The previous reviews are just about right. Excellent value but somewhat dated. The rooms were clean and warm with complimentary hot drinks. Meals were very good with excellent choice of menus and the service was excellent. I'm not commenting on the entertainment which did leave something to be desired but the...
