Really helpful and kind staff on reception. Given room 203 on 2nd floor with very narrow balcony with great view of the harbour. Super clean room with comfortable bed. Small bathroom with very small shower cubicle - but strong water flow with lots of hot water. Aircon available and needed in hot weather.
Enjoyed evening drinks on the roof top bar. Located off the main street with the shops and restaurants but room quiet - it was late September.
About 700m from the bus station - we were going on to Ithaca by ferry from Sami. Had to cross over the road a few times to find suitable pavements to drag suitcases.
Reception suggest booking direct with hotel.

We had a great time at the Mouikis Hotel. People were very helpful, even allowed up to borrow towels for the beach after we checked out on the last day! Room is excellent, get a sea view - large balcony including pegs and line to hang your beachwear, fridge for water, booze and anything else. Room was cleaned every day to a high standard with fresh linen and beach towels. Breakfast is excellent. Location is brilliant, only a block from the main square and on the doorstep of the waterfront with all the excellent seafood restaurants. You can see the turtles just opposite where the fishing boats moor up. Only an 8 EUR taxi over the hill to the main beaches, go to Costa Costa for the big beach experience. Roof top bar is the best, great cocktails and the view at sunset is superb, the bar plays an excellent radio station called Play Lounge which has excellent beach/summer chill out music non-stop. Barmen there are spot on with the drinks. Even has roof top showers for the hot tub or when you come back from the beach like we did on the last day after check out. Recommend this hotel - top notch!!

The hotel is in a great location we had a double room with sea view on the 3rd floor. The room was opposite the lift but very quiet. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day. Reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating. No kettle in the room but we asked and they gave us a kettle and teas and coffees as we wanted. The only downfall was the wardrobe in the room was very small but we managed best as we could for a week. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and due to covid was served by the amazing ladies. They were very attentive. The roof terrace with jacuzzi provides great views over the city and the sea. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location in Argostoli. We loved this hotel! The location is perfect and very special for exploring the city and all it has to offer but yet the hotel still manages to achieve a sense of peace and quiet. The air con in the main foyer areas and bedrooms was much appreciated during our very hot visit! The reception staff were lovely - very friendly and obliging. The housemaids were very attentive and our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The well stocked mini bar was a lovely addition and reasonably priced. Our teenagers loved this feature! Major hit was the rooftop terrace serving the best cocktails EVER! The lovely young lady behind the bar was so kind and made us the nicest cocktails of our whole holiday in Kefalonia. You must try them! Spectacular and chilled view of the city and harbour from up here - a slice of paradise all to yourself! Even has a hot tub and sun lingers. Breakfast was very good and high quality. Beds very comfortable and towels and bedding were of high quality . We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Argostoli again. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. He organised our airport transfer and other bits and pieces were dealt with quickly and with the very best customer service at all times. Book this hotel , you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much to the team at the hotel for a memorable stay in Argostoli. Fabulous!

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! This hotel is simply perfect. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed with all the modern conveniences. Very clean and comfortable with daily bed making, towels and bath accessories. Location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The staff is wonderful - very warm and welcoming - they can't do enough for you...from helping you find places to eat, checking ferry schedules, and answering all questions you may have about where to go on the island and what to see. Great view from our large balcony! We would definitely stay there again should we go back to Argostoli, Kefalonia, Greece.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel did not disappoint at all. Spotlessly clean and a very boutique modern hotel conveniently situated to explore Argostoli. Breakfast was included on a self service buffet that was consistently being renewed. The roof top bar is just stunning with fantastic views over the bay and where the turtles come in. There are sun beds there with a jacuzzi. Towels are provided too. Beds were so comfortable we really didn’t want to get out of them. We had a room with a sea view which had an enormous balcony furnished with a small table and 2 sunbeds. Such a really really good hotel. Can’t praise it enough and thanks to those who recommended it to us too. Will most certainly return.

We had a great time staying at the Mouikis Hotel. It is very well located in Argostoli with lots of parking available along the promenade which is 2 minutes’ walk away. The beds are comfortable and the whole hotel is kept spotless. Great breakfast with lots of variety served in a nice dining area. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and it is an excellent choice for a base to see the rest of the island. Argostoli has many choices of restaurants and after a day exploring the island we looked forward to returning to the hotel and then an evening stroll along the promenade. We would certainly return again.

We have just stayed for a week in this lovely clean hotel. Excellent staff very friendly and rooms cleaned every day. The breakfast has a great choice of food and drinks in a lovely air conditioned room. Fantastic location in the centre of Argostoli with great views over the harbour and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also the beds are lovely - we slept well every night. Our only disappointment was the size of the balcony on the second floor - not big enough to sit on. But we now know that rooms on the third floor have much larger balconies. We were not able to change our room so had to rely on the roof terrace for sitting outside - on one of the 8 sunbeds, so get there quick! We did however thoroughly enjoy our stay and recommend this hotel

We arrived late, by our standards, but the town was just getting going, and the hotel was welcoming. The room was comfortable, recently decorated. We paid for a sea view which was not special since we were on the first floor and we saw more trees than sea. Still, pleasant and the view from the roof terrace was excellent. Breakfast was quite good, though we once had to wait for a table and some food ran out. Parking nearby was nonexistent, but the hire car delivery worked fine as they just double parked outside and we then drove straight off. Hotel shuttle from the airport worked well and good value.
Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel with ocean view. Clean and tidy, everything was perfect!
Breakfast is lovely with options of hot and cold food, I personally loved making my own Granola with the options provided.
The rooftop bar is incredible, Giannis is a great host and made us feel so welcome.
