Myself and partner celebrated our birthdays by spending a week travelling around Scotland. We stayed at Zoes bed and breakfast for two nights. I was nervous about the fact there were no locks on the bedrooms but I need not have worried. It was like a home away from home. Zoe was incredibly friendly and we felt like part of...

We travelled up by train from Glasgow as we are leaving for a trip to Asia from Inverness Airport in the morning. We arrived at 8pm and the owner Zoe could not have been more welcoming. We both received a welcome drink and the tour of the facilities. Room was bright clean and cosy and suited us perfectly for what...

We stayed one night at Zoe's place and our experience has been amazing. Zoe and her husband are super nice, friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful: the room is big, spotless with all comforts, very quiet. The bathroom is shared with another room but it's big, clean with a power shower. Delicious breakfast in a bright dining-room... you can't ask for more....

Stayed here the one night for early morning flight next day! Excellent proximity only 2 miles , very close! Friendly hosts, complimentary drink on arrival too! Located close in town of ardeiser so there's a good pub there! Good breakfast too very tasty! However the room is quite small and cramp. You have to share the family bathroom too, which...

I had a very nice time at this B&B. The room was big, clean and tidy. The toilet is shared but clean. Zoe is very sweet and makes you feel at home. The room is very quiet and just a minute from the sea. Nice breakfast.

The sign on the front gate says it all. A small house with a big welcome. On arrival we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink of our choice and we settled in for a good chat prior to finding dinner at the local pub. Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. Our breakfast needs were generously provided for....

What a wonderful experience with Zoe and Adrian! Wonderful hosts that have now turned into friends. Not far from Inverness this little BnB is in a quiet seaside neighborhood with a few restaurants (including the best one I experienced in Scotland). The host are wonderful and the shower and rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was great and make sure...

I stayed here for a night with a friend on a short driving holiday around the Scottish Highlands. A very warm welcome was received from Adrian when we arrived and we were instantly made to feel at home. He recommended us a local pub for food, told us where the cash machines were and even offered us a beer after...
