My husband and I have been travelling throughout Panama for 3 weeks. This is the first place we couldn't wait to get out of. We paid $88.00 for basically a bare bones room on the ocean with no charm whatsoever. The service was none existent, had to almost beg for a roll of toilet paper, the beach was filthy, the...

What is this hotel ? How a owner can accept to manage so badly? We staid one night, no confort, a lot of noise, lack of services, Wi-fi not working... What's else ? I never saw that !! Not a good option! There is few options in Santa Clara but chose Villa Botero, it's exactly the opposite of this place....

The place is overpriced. I was visiting with 2 friends and the price for a cabana they told us was 100USD. It was the middle of the week and no one was staying there. We found a cheaper place next door. When the next day we came for a coffee we asked if they have wi-fi. The girl told us...

So small, and there was nobody there, so quiet. Why charge so much? However, the cabins did have air conditioning, hot water and a TV,...

Saturday night January 9, 2016, I arrived with my family and the Manager tell me that I can not stay in the room because "regulation" does not allow me to children in the cabin rent. That lack of respect and sensitivity to tell us at that hour of the night to come back to home. My 7 month old son...

We stayed for one night and that was sufficient as it's rather expensive but the beach cabana was clean and comfortable with a TV and air conditioning. We had fried fish for dinner and it was very good, and the beach is beautiful. You can walk a long way on the beach.

My boyfriend and I were exploring Panama and decided to travel to Santa Clara beach in Carnival season. A taxi driver left us right in from of Veranera's entrance. So, we decided to get into the beach through Veranera's hotel, they charge you $3 as an entry fee. After spending time at the beach, we decided to have lunch at...
