Nice Hotel. Still has issues with timely room cleaning. You have to advise or checking that you want daily room cleaning. Bar service with attitude (saturday night Jan 21) . Do not expect to get serviced if not sitting at the bar, as barman is not a server who attends the tables in the bar..., even if you have issues walking...
I stay at hotels 3 hotels every week for work. Throughout my journeys i have yet to experience the customer service level that Frankie offered today. I am an early riser and went downstairs to get more coffee. Unfortunately, it was not available at this time. Frankie went to his personal stash and made a fresh cup of coffee for me. Even as a Marriott Hilton Expedia Platinum level that has never been afforded to me.
Fantastic hotel and the service was impeccable . Amazing meeting space with floor to ceiling windows and views of the ocean. Can’t wait to go back! Staff was kind and attentive and the food was amazing .
Wonderful stay. Blew away my expectations! They have done an incredible job recovering from the hurricane that came through. The views are stunning, food delicious, and the service on point! Here with a friend and a little business, but will return with my family!
Franky met us outside on the driveway to park our car and I told him about how our room we just got moved to couple nights before hand had this horrible smell in it but great view. He came up with us and smelled the room and immediately got us moved to another room and apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me how much he loves hospitality and takes pride in making sure the patrons are always happy and taking care of. It was 3am at the time and squared us away with a much better smelling room and another great balcony view. Franky is a great hard worker and takes pride in his work and you tell. I hope the hotel really sees the value in him because people that really care about there job and others is getting harder to find and a great positive attitude everytime we saw him. Thank you Franky for making our vacation a good one and our first time ever staying there.…
Fees were not disclosed at check-in. I was charged $100 per DAY for a deposit, PLUS a $25 per DAY resort fee! On top of that, $25 for parking PER DAY! Ridiculous! They don't provide daily cleaning unless you ask...I'm sure there would have been a charge for that too. The room was nicely decorated but the AC wouldn't go below 73 degrees, the shower dispensers were empty, the carpet was gross, and the sheets had a stain. The employees were very nice but when I called to question the charges they couldn't answer my questions. She tried to send me an email twice but I never got it. I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning.
We were able to get relocated from the helpfulness of Franky who works evenings. He listened to our concerns, & promptly moved us to another room with a beach view. The 1st room had a mildew odor from the carpet possibly. We were so greatful to have that assistance late @ night to ring in the New Years!
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is very poorly maintained, with broken light switches and cabinetry falling apart! The door to the refrigerator fell on my foot! I notified them upon check in and it was never fixed during my 3 nights stay! No bathrobes in the room, no extra pillows for my husbands reflux and no one cares!
Spent Christmas weekend at this resort. Had an amazing time, only complaint is that the rooms are old. Besides that we really enjoyed lounging in the lobby and the beach views. Service was great from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. They also have a decent gym on the 2nd floor. There’s no beach access at the moment as the hurricane knocked down part of the stairs to get on the beach. Other minus is that Parking is $20/night.
LOVE IT! We came during the hurricane, and it was absolutely phenomenal! Never lost power, a little bit of water into the window seals but, some towels were readily available for a quick solution!!!!!!
