Room was clean, typical beach hotel, significant damage to outside from hurricanes. Pool was repaired but hot tub washed away. Lots of work going on to repair. A lot of damage in area so many restaurants still not open. WOuld have been nice to at least have a basic breakfast option at hotel.

In need of updates. The front desk staff informed us, upon arrival that the area was recovering from hurricane damage. There is no Beach access or hot tub. The rooms were run down. But the beds were clean and comfortable. There are no breakfast options. I would recommend calling ahead and inquiring if any updates have been made, before choosing this hotel.

I appreciate you staying with us. We have never served breakfast but there are several restaurants just across the street. We do have free coffee and tea 24 hours a day in the lobby. The 2 hurricanes did leave us without our beach steps and hot tub. Both are in the process of being repaired. We have brand new beds in all the rooms and I am glad you noticed. We try to stay here every year as it is so beautiful overlooking the ocean and Roger and his staff are always accessible and approachable. Looking forward to this years visit in February. I was saddened to see what hurricane did to the property but could have been far worse looking at others nearby. Hope the hot tub is up and running in time for our visit ! Upon arriving to check in, there are rude hostesses and there are exceptionally rude hostesses. After checking in, didn't feel like welcomed guests after talking with her! Don't go to this hotel if you are paying for someone else. Verification over the phone is not good enough for this hotel!

I am sorry but I take that as a compliment. No, we will not charge someone's credit card if they call over the phone for someone else. I don't think you would appreciate a business charging your card if someone had taken it and tried to use it saying they were you over a phone. I am surprised you feel that way, I get scam calls almost every day over the phone. I do appreciate you staying with us and truly hope you do not fall for any phone scams. Easy check in. Room was very updated,clean and very comfortable beds! Bathroom was nice and clean. Loved,Loved our 6th floor balcony view! The room has everything you needed. Coffee pot, small refrigerator and microwave. This is our new go to hotel on the beach for sure!

Nice hotel for the price. Would like to go again. It was a little damaged outside, but they had just gone through 2 hurricanes, looked pretty good considering. The inside of the hotel was nice and clean, the people were friendly and helpful, The only negatives were that there was no breakfast, only coffee, but it was the off season, and the internet didn't work very well.

Read earlier negative reviews they pretty much cover all the issues we had with our stay. Deceptive room description/images, unhelpful staff, not concerned with addressing issues just wanted you gone once they had their money. Like it or leave…non refundable booking.

Stop over on our way to Miami. Nothing extraordinary but definitely served our purpose especially after the hurricane. We were concerned after all the devastation and we called the first time to see if they were open and got no answer. We called back a few days later and they were slowly reopening. We were very lucky under the circumstances.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Nice well-equipped room with a nice balcony and a great view of beach. Good parking on site. Nice location on beach and shops and restaurants close by. I liked this hotel the corridors etc were a little worn and dated but that didn't bother me.
