This hotel is beautiful. I highly suggest a room with an atrium view. We were there for a cheer competition, and we never had to leave the hotel. There are several places in the hotel to eat, and they offer room service. The staff is amazing! I loved the "consider it done" button on the phone. I could call for...

the Gaylord is a very nice family oriented place with lots of things to do right within. we had no problems whatsoever with the resort, room, staff, or food. It is absolutely a great place. The only negative about the place was that they don't tell you about the overly crowded convention when booking (you must ask them). There was...

I was excited to be staying at the Gaylord for a cheer competition, but was truly disappointed. The room was very small, our resort fee of $18 covered 2 bottles of Aqua Fina water per day and the second day we did not receive it in our room and I'm not quite sure what else the resort fee covered. We...

Dear Marci, Thank you for posting this review and sharing your feedback on what appears to have been a disappointing visit. While I am elated that you enjoyed our restaurants and Atrium, I am saddened to hear that you didn’t receive your water that was included, and for that I am truly sorry. Your satisfaction with us and our service...

This hotel is very nice! Pleased with check in although the line was long it went pretty quick. Room was nice but nothing great. The air vent blew right on my face which I couldn't stand. The room has no refrigerator or microwave (tip there is one downstairs in coffee shop if you look) bathtub was very shallow and small....

We have often needed to National Harbor and dined at the Old Hickory steakhouse on this hotel and record it. For my birthday my wife thought it might be fun to stay over on the hotel after dinner. We arrived and the valley lot was full so we had to self park at a cost of $24.00 which I thought...

Attractive building. In fact, rather spectacular inside. Rooms are average -- look nice but furniture of modest quality that will age rather quickly. The place is very clean. Food is good but badly overpriced -- no real nearby competition. But, what really got me -- in fact, soured the visit for me -- was the fact that the hotel charged...

We recently had our semi-annual convention at the Gaylord National. The hotel is beautiful - sits on the Potomac River with a great view from the Atrium. Unlike the other Gaylord properties this one goes straight up which provides a lot of light in the Atrium. There is a sushi bar in the hotel with some delicious offerings as well...

Excellent service by a very friendly staff. Comfortable, good size room. The public areas of the hotel are lovely and make you feel like you are outside in a quaint village. The location is superb. Right on the harbor. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Convenient shuttle into D.C.

Unfiltered photo. January 24th in room 1652 I went to flush the toilet, it ran over. January 25th I enter the bathtub at 11 am. I begin to fill it, hop in, and open up my book to read. I few minutes later I look down to see the tub has filled with urine. In my logic it was not...
