The hotel is very large with extensive meeting spaces. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and lots of children came in to see the displays and also the entertainment. My room had a great view of the Potomac and the Ferris Wheel. The room itself was very basic with a small refrigerator no microwave and no comfortable chair. The desk...

As a Marriott Rewards member, I was pretty disappointed in the service I received at this resort. Every Marriott and hotel north of a Super 8 carries complimentary toiletry items, yet this 4/5-Star Hotel didn't even have basic items, so if you're on a business trip with an early morning meeting and you forget something, you're out of luck. There's...

Wonderful hotel. It's giant and beautiful. The neighborhood is nice. Has great view of the river and region. Has great options for food into private restaurants located inside. Water show, Gardens, stores and a lot of space for families and kids, although it's not a vacation hotel for kids.

Hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful. The hotel management overbooked the hotel and when checking in after calling because of flight delays to ensure the hotel knew I was checking in I found out the overbooked the hotel and I was sent to a very low budget hotel in a very obscure area. When I returned to the hotel thing...

Stayed for 3 nights while attending a convention there. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was updated, fresh, and immaculate. Housekeeping left a cheerful note each day while cleaning my room. Enjoyed the National Harbor area and look forward to returning for a leisure trip.

Each tip we walk into the Lobby of the Gaylord during Christmas on the Potomac to be thrust into Christmas activity. The trees and more trees are decorated and the big tree is hanging just waiting of the light show. The hussel and bussel of the Christmas Village is infectious. Also I think I saw the Shelf Elf a few...

Our stay was within the last week of November. We wanted to see the ice show and enjoy the eateries in the area. Our room was spacious and clean. The hallway was very clean and quiet. The staff was so friendly. They made us feel like home. The onsite bars was nice and the surroundings was pleasant. Of course I...

I stayed at this hotel for a convention and have yet to see such an incredible layout for a marriott hotel. The glass walls made me feel like I was in a garden with all of the trees surround me. They had a few shops, and restaurants which was perfect because I didn't want to go out into the cold....

I recently had the good fortune to stay at the Gaylord for a conference. The hotel is very large as is the conference center. However, I never felt cramped or lost in large part because of the staff. I can't remember ever, and I mean ever, being so welcomed or so pampered and would like to give a shout out...

Went to the beautiful Gaylord last night to attend the ICE Around-the World walk through show. After paying $132.00 for 4 adults and 1 child we walked thought beautiful ICE cravings. The problem I had it only took 30 minutes to do so. That's a lot of money for such a short outing . Self parking is $15.00 also.
