This was my first time her and I will be back. Having a full kitchen in the room is awesome. The room itself was awesome, as well. very comfortable, and the amenities are nice esp the outdoor fire pit. And every employee we interfaced with was great. Some suggestions for travelers: Bring a bathing suit as they DO have a...

I had a conference in National Harbor at the Gaylord. This Residence Inn is directly across the street, about $50 less per night, includes breakfast and free wi-fi. The hotel is nicely appointed, with a large open foyer. The breakfast changed daily, and was very complete - eggs, meat, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, waffles, etc. The front desk staff were friendly...

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this property. Its right across the street from the large and loud Gaylord Conf Center. I was attending a meeting there an chose the Res Inn instead...turned out to be a great choice! Spotlessly clean, welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. A bit out of the way for touring DC but a fabulous...

The Residence Inn National Harbor is a comfortable hotel of suites, but other than a nice breakfast included in the room price, the hotel is located in a six year old town along the Potomac that has no easy way other than car or taxi to visit the District and its many attractions. If vacationing by car, this can be...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding transportation while you were staying here. Although a car makes commuting to and from National Harbor an easier process, National Harbor does provide a shuttle which stops at the King Street Metro station in Alexandria if guests do...

When I arrived to check in I realized that I had left my cell phone in the cab. The front desk staff was great at helping me call the cab company to get in touch with the driver. I wish I had gotten the desk clerk's name so I could commend her to her manager. The cab driver returned my...

National Harbor has a modern, sociable, exciting feel and is only 15 minutes from from downtown DC. The amenities are very nice, good restaurents, and places to relax in the evenings. Our room had a partial view of the Harbor that we enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Stayed one night while attending the Wine/spirits festival and it was perfect. We walked to and from the wine fest, to restaurants close by, the ferris wheel and parking across the street in garage. Great place, great service, great experience. Desk personnel did an excellent job and room was fantastic. Only down side is parking in the garage in back of the hotel, costs $13 a day but very close. Didn't order room service after the first day but they dropped off fresh towels at the door.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the positive feedback of our hotel at the Residence Inn National Harbor.
