This was our first stay in our two weeks in Ireland , what a great way to start !! Phyllis and TJ were great hosts ! Very cool that Phyllis is going to have her bread (which was mouth watering ) sold in stores! TJ directed to visit Lismore Castle on our way to Killarney - what a beautiful drive...

Had a great stay there...for one night! Room comfy, clean and hosts were great! Very close to a neighborhood pub...a two minute walk! We were tired and didn't want to go into Waterford, so this was great! Holy Cross Pub! Good food and friendly staff. And the family doggie was a plus!! :0) Breakfast was good and served in style!!

We purposely stayed outside the city of Waterford since we enjoy being more out in the countryside. This house was perfect! The hosts Phyllis and T.J. couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! After our arrival, we sat in the reading room for awhile and relaxed with tea, which was perfect after a long day’s drive. T.J. is quite the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Ashleigh B&B. It is easy to find and located to easily tour Waterford. A pub is located across the street. Both our bedroom and bathroom were a nice size and clean. A lounge is provided for guest. TJ shared a lot of information. Phyllis provided one of the best breakfasts that we've had at...

Phyllis and TJ were splendid! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Thanks to Phyllis for the tips to avoid being ugly Americans!😄 The home is quaint and cozy. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean and the award-winning brown bread was fabulous!

We only stayed one night but it was comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed breakfast and talking with the Hosts. Phyllis and TJ were extremely helpful and suggested a drive down to Dunmore East for some fantastic views of the ocean as well as traveling on the Copper Coast. Thanks for your hospitality! We would definitely stay here again.

Greeted by Phyllis a charming hostess who immediately made us feel welcome in her very clean and comfortable home. Rooms including beds were extremely comfortable and her advice on visiting Waterford spot on. Make sure you have a meal at the HOLY CROSS Pub across the street.

It was lovely to have you stay with us and that you really enjoyed the convenience of having the Holy Cross Pub/Restaurant just across the street. It is a real bonus for guests not to have to drive to restaurant after having been driving all day. Just park the car and stroll across the street and enjoy good food and...

I knew when we booked Ashleigh that it was not right in Waterford and that is fine. It is 5-7 miles outside the town. There is one pub/restaurant across the street that had ok food and nice staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Phyllis with an offer of tea and we had a lovely chat with TJ, her...
