What an amazing night away this was. Nothing was too much trouble from the bottle chilling in the fridge, to the chocolates, to the warm scones and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. We had a 2 night stay in the champagne and chocolate suite. The accommodation is excellent, with so many lovely touches to help make your stay special. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lovely friendly atmosphere. A great place to relax and feel spoiled.

Would recommend this to anyone, elaine the woman who runs it is extremely welcoming, room has lovely touches to it aswell as a great private hot tub, room very clean and beds comfortable i would say this is a place to go if you are looking for a private getaway, breakfast in the morning aswell extremely good! Will be returning!

What can I say about this venue, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave Elaine the hostess has every conceivable extra covered to ensure a fantastic stay is had by all, her attention to detail with all the small touches in the suites and the quality of the products used during the stay, (home baking, breakfasts, toiletries...

Stayed here recently in the Log Cabin. Great views, hot tub was amazing, all the little extras just added to the overall stay - scones, sweets, nuts, baileys. Very clean and comfortable. Elaine was so nice and a great hostess. As for the breakfast, wow, that kept us going all day. Will be back.

My partner & i stayed at Lochwood in September for 3 nights. We loved every minute of our stay. So relaxing & such a friendly atmosphere. Our breakfast each morning was excellent. Stayed for one night paid for 3, (no refund)Elaine warned us about being snowed in,decided not worth the risk, log cabin was lovely, but pics not accurate, whilst in hot tub you can hear cows peeing, and was a little smelly, hot tub ruined my highlights, due to very high levels of chemicals and had to get hair cut off,...
