Be care for your booking!!!
The management of its hotel has own opinion about booking order. I never met it somewhere else but in few reply about Murom's hotels. I'd booked a room there by phone and even received the confirmation by email. at 2 days before I'd call in hotel and reserved the assurance that my booking is valid. Finally when I'd arrived in hotel around 7pm some women on receiption informed me that booked by me room was been sold already! It was a high season of May holidays and I have to call before 1pm to confirm the booking?! My reason of reserved by email confirmation was negligible to unknown by me order of call confirmation! I suppose they got a real client whom paid an extra money to their pocket. And certainly they would not to call me and advise about it! That people putted out me and my famaly in unknown town at evening and at 6 hours of driving to home! It was the first impression about old Russian town and their citizens.
