Reception very welcoming and helpful. Our superior room was very clean, modern and comfortable with nice additions such as water, robes and chocolates. The only other facility that would have been nice is a mini fridge. The leisure facilities were good too. Small pool but very warm and the addition of bubble pool, steam room and sauna made it a... Looks great on arrival, warm English country house, welcome in reception was warm and genuine. Allocated room (not one they show on their website) was in a block behind the main house -care home style construction - and was a little tired, wardrobe doors were warped and loose on their hinges, limited hangers provided for a four night stay! Bed... More

Carnage Hall is a lovely spot to hold a business conference or meet with colleagues for meetings. The wifi is decent, the food is good and the staff are fantastic. I was pleased with the exercise facilities and it was so nice to have the option for a swim and/or class. Like other facilities of this size and purpose, the... More

Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel which included evening meal, breakfast and Tatton Park tickets. What a fantastic stay. From the very first moment when we met Peter the doorman at the entrance, the fast and no fuss reception staff to the service staff in the restaurant we knew we were being well looked after. The brilliant service... More

I chose this hotel as an up-market stop on our trip to the Lakes and was delighted. Increased UK motorway traffic will stall your trip sooner or later and this is an excellent place for a break. 3 hours from London, get out of the rat race - relax for the night, recharge and recover for a fresh start the... The hotel seemed attractive and nicely designed on the surface. Staff were friendly and polite, except for the overly-aggressive "bouncer" herding smoking guests from outside to further outside. However, the wedding reception suite looked like a conference room, and it was only the wedding party's decorative touches that stopped it from looking like every other corporate function room on the... Arrived after a long drive to a young polite trainee receptionist. Was inform we had paid online and that didn't include breakfast. Was told it was £11 each. IMO a ridiculously high price. It was a long walk to the room as it was quite a distance from the reception. Room was ok. Twin but obviously a double with beds... More

Once again I visited, this being about the 8th time I have stayed her, and again it was a good experience. The reason was a reunion of motor-sport personalities and we were all made very welcome. Bedrooms are always excellent. Dinner was also very good and breakfast a good self-service event with a lot of choices.

My husband purchased a surprise little break at Cranage Hall as part of my 50th Birthday Celebrations. Cranage Hall is quite an impressive building set in beautiful grounds - it is no wonder why it is a popular place for weddings.
