It was reality an incredible experience here. The property is 2nd name of serenity and peace . door to this resort open straight to the heaven. The resort is surrounded by mountains. view from the window was amazing. The room itself was very precious. The staff was quick to address any requests. The hotel was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, with attentive housekeeping services and well-kept common areas. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. Must try is Jacuzzi in the laps of mountains which is unforgettable experience.

My stay at Hotel Kufri in Himachal was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking mountain views from the hotel were awe-inspiring, and waking up to the majestic peaks every morning was a sensory delight. The well-appointed rooms with panoramic windows allowed me to be immersed in nature even indoors, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The restaurant's diverse dishes, especially the local Himachali cuisine, were both delicious and beautifully presented. Loved the ambiance of the resort. Not only the location but the food, staffs members are so good. They’re so polite and is always ready to help. If you’re searching for a place where you can relax yourself then no other place would be better than KUFRI HOLIDAY RESORT. It’s just so wonderful, amazing!!! 😍✨

It was so comforting and peaceful staying in Kufri Holiday Resorts. You can enjoy the beautiful views from your cottages. Delicious food and very professional staff ❤️ Rooms were clean and hygienic! must recommend if you wanna enjoy snowfall in Kufri. Best time to visit “Nov - Feb”

Rooms condition is very bad, furniture and walls broken and that too for their best super deluxe room. You will struggle for Basic amenities like hot water. Don't forget to carry toothpaste with you from home, they will charge 50 rs for dental kit which is not worth of even 10rs. The only good part of stay was morning view of sunrise. Everything else---HORRIBLE. Wasted money and time.

A beautiful property but in bad hands may be . Location spectacular but management oh God not good. Food is 3rd class no varieties nothing to eat at breakfast not even chai they could make better . It was all damp beds at cottages . Poorest managed hotel I must say. This should be in better hands . Only location is nice .

we booked hotel for two days but have checked out after a terrible day they dont provide services ,staff is too rude and manager Samrat chakroverty is full of attitude ,he even didnt adress the guest problem we are really disapponted by booked this hotel ,wont suggest to anyone to go there

Never suggest anyone to visit this place worst service ever. Never ever suggest anyone to visit this place to anyone. These people doesn’t even have a restaurant if you ask for anything these people deny right away. And the cottages are worst you can travel to restaurant in winters because out of your room there is lot of snow you even can’t walk and these people deny to provide everything and of you ask the manager he will deny everything right away and he will argue with you as well. Never ever suggest anyone to visit this place.
