On a positive note, the food of the restaurant is tasty. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and were satisfied at all times. The staff speaks good English and are very helpful. Unfortunately however the bedsheets were dingy, the room is rundown and requires a major upgrade. The photos of the hotel are not genuine. The air conditioning works fine but noisy at times and the sound proofing of the rooms are very poor. The location of the property is in the middle of a market place and not recommended, especially for female solo travelers. You need a tuk tuk at all times to commute, as there are no nearby attractions.
Comfortable big rooms which can easily adjust a third bed.Right in the city. Not very attractive and trendy but good for budget travelers.Buffet breakfast not very good.Toilet fittings and other accessories are old.
Nothing so special about this hotel. Rooms are just OK and does not look like it is displayed in website. Food is expensive and not tasty. Located in middle of the city and payyambalam beach and St Angelo Fort is near from this hotel.
Hotel Rainbow Suites is one of the best business class hotels in the Kannur city, just opposite to the railway station. The standard AC Room where I stayed was spacious and clean. They provided mineral water in the room. The complimentary breakfast with various South Indian and North Indian dishes was tasty. The service staffs were so friendly and helpful.
Not a good hotel. Much noise. Not friendly here and dirty. Lots of disturbances. We change rooms, still noise. Stupid staffs. Close to Kannur and station, but traffic noise. Food not good. Happy to have our money then forget you.
