Hotel green park recidency looks like it has seen better days. The location of the hotel is excellent, right near the shopping area and in close proximity to the railway station and new bus stand. With these things going for the hotel, if the management pays some attention to basic things like cleanliness, better staff (front office staff )etc, it will be an excellent option in Kannur. For now its just another place which you can choose if you have to stay in Kannur

stayed at the hotel for one day with my family. but they charge unaccounted money over and above the bills. except for the convenient location, the hotel has nothing much to offer in terms of service, hospitality or menu.

Rooms are well maintained , not much value for the money paid. Local and multi cuisine food available. Locational advantage is there being very close to railway station and opposite to Railway Muthappan temple. Relatively close to the city centre.

I haven't seen a worst Hotel than this having traveled frequently to various places and stayed at various Hotel. If there was an award for the worst Hotel, they will be front runners for it. Ok the Issues Now - Bad rooms, Ac not working, No remote in the room, No hot water, Phone does not work so you need to run to reception for everything. No consumables like soap, towel etc in the room, please beg for everything. What makes things worse - Staff is arrogant, non-courteous, to the extent of threatening the guest etc. Icing on the cake is, met the MD to confront and discuss issues, all he was interested in was money. If you have read this and still going to go there, God bless you.

Mosquito ridden rooms, over smart and conniving staff. I was booked into a non ac room. But since they did not have the same available, was asked to shift into an "EXECUTIVE" ac room with an extra charge of Rs. 550. Did not know one of the worst nights is ahead of me... Breakfast area is filthy and stinks...Wifi was also not working...

This guest came via online booking..and he booked Non a/c and eventhough non a/c room was available he asked for A/c room..and we provided him with an Executive A/c room because standard A/c room was not available.Our Non A/c room rate is 1400 + tax and Exe A/c 2100Rs+ tax and Rs 700 is the difference between Non A/c and Exe A/c...From that 700rs we have provided him with 20% + 19.5% tax discount after he bargained like anything..Rs 550 is the amount extra collected from him..This was the difficulty he had faced..And you can see earlier mentioned comments that we have well behaived and good staff, our buffet breakfast area is our restaurant and I dont understand what difficult he faced.regarding mosquito this is kannur not a metropolitan city if you open the window you'll get good bunch of mosquitoes...So I kindly mention you my heart felt sorry..

One of the best holidays I had at Kerala... The food was nice and the location was too good. The suit rooms are clean and neat and porsche. I went there at July (possibly the worst season), but I was very lucky. When I was there, no rain at all..Treatment and hospitality was good.

If you are on a quick kannur visit on train or bus and want to just sleep fora night or two, this is a great hotel. Rooms are slightly expensive. Service is passive. Food is average. But the location is very good. Railway station and bus stand are at walking distance.

Hotel near to Railway Station,Ok room, linen can be much cleaner. No hot water, Water from all taps is yellow...Dirty water. Have a restaurant at Ground floor. Good parking space. Lot of shopping opportunities within walking distance.

Check in was smooth with friendly staff at the front desk.Room was ready by the time we reached.Rooms were neat and clean.Rates are comparatively low with the near by property.Good restaurant with complimentary breakfast.They have also allowed me with late checkout since my train was late.Overall experience is excellent.

It was the well spent holiday in Kannur...the cherry on top was this hotel GREEN PARK RESIDENCY...with most exotic and classic rooms....with tasty Kerala's special food...and the best thing was the exploring of Kannur...which was arranged by the hotel...with thier own vehicle...they took us to Kannur fort. Payambalam beach, muzhapalangad driving beach ,malls of Kannur,they even took us to different exhibitions which was going on in Kannur....the best one was the PALAKAZHAM THATTU....the views...climate... atmosphere..was fantastic The main thing I must say is about the staffs...thier care,help, attention and respect to the guest that I must say.. They gave us a buffet complimentary breakfast... was mind blowing with their Kerala's different tasty food Overall it was the fantastic experience...thier attention and respect I must say...if I come to Kannur again I would only come to this hotel and suggest every person to take this hotel if u want the best stay and enjoyment.
