This is an excellent beach property with great view. The room opens to a Coconut Grove n then a sea which is a very rare view. One should visit this place just to experience the excellent view, peace and privacy. There is no food thatbis served here but can order food via swigy.

We had spent our weekend at this lovely getaway. The property is not on a large scale which has come to its own advantage. There is a lot of privacy and a cook who makes fresh food at the premise. Essential facilities are there like clean air conditioned rooms and pretty neat washrooms.But wouldn't call it a place for luxury oriented people. The view from the property is no less than stunning. Eventhough I am from Kerala never saw an amazing place like this.Its a beautiful place to hangout.Something i forget to take from their is "my mind" but i am least worried because Jai (owner)will take care of it....waiting for the monsoon for next trip.

The location is the only advantage. Right next to the beach. The facility requires renovation and cleanliness. Cockroaches are common in ground floor. The toilets are stained. Some of the rooms do not have hot water and they bring it in buckets when asked!
The bed linen are stained. Towels dirty. Cleanliness is comparable to a cheap lodge. It is indeed one. Stay here if you want to be disappointed

Poorly kept place. No responsible staff available at property even at night. They did not inform us that there is no restaurant at the resort. Room linen dirty, door latch was broken. However excellent location.

This charming house is located in the middle of a palm trees forest, on a small hill overlooking the long South beach. Wherever you decide to turn your head will be sightseeing splendid nature. The very friendly owner will make sure you feel at home and have all you need. We planned to spend one night there and ended up spending 6 instead! The sound of the wawes will take you to sleep in one of the hamoc or a sunchair. This is the kind of place you feel really lucky to be in!! Enjoy the place! Alexandra & Julien

Nice & calm place. Good food. Very friendly and had a memorable time. great hospitality and mouth-watering food. Rooms are very clean spacious and have a balcony for the beach view. Lovely sunset views from the room.

Perfect getaway from all hassles and crowd... The property has maintained the natural beauty and is on a cliff which gives you a great view of the Arabian Sea . A coconut grove facing the sea is total relaxation for mind. The manager and his family are helpful. Would love to go back.

I wanted a quiet place to spend time with my family. One of my friends recommended this place. To my surprise it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The place is a real hideout. Quiet beach,good food, friendly staff, Overall a really memorable stay. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended to those who look for a quiet vacation.
